Kenibal, we don't have "verified vendors" here, just a list of vendors people have done business with who have good reviews and no known problems. Kratomkingcanada, especially, is a vendor that has proven himself to be legit and helpful by many in the Reddit community.
Generally speaking, any "verification" program generally involves a flow of cash from the vendor to the verifier, and we don't want any part of that since most of the vendors we use are small in size, in it for the love of the leaf as well as to make a living.
Besides, we know of NO legitimate "verification" process or organization for kratom, and I do mean ZERO. Verified by whom? And to do/be what? With what actual guarantee beyond the word "verified" itself? Hell, even I could "verify" a vendor, but it wouldn't mean a thing.
I've never heard of the vendor you mention, but I couldn't recommend him anyway: $90 kilos -before- shipping and most (all?) of it is out of stock anyway.
They claim their product is "lab tested" but not a word about by what lab: you go to
their FAQ and it says "We are happy to supply the test results to any customer that inquires, however, the lab name and contact info will be removed for privacy reasons." WTF? Privacy reasons? I can see not sharing a direct photocopy of results, but refusing to release the name of the lab that does the testing invalidates that claim outright, IMO.
And "Each batch of kratom we receive has a sample HPLC tested before it arrives. We reject any product that tests below 1.7% alkaloid content." Okay, so which alkaloids? There are a number of them in kratom. But since they won't share the name of their lab, they could just be pulling this out of their ass anyway -- which is very likely the reason they need to hide the name of the lab (if there actually is one testing the product).
On the same FAQ it says, "We only use verified farmers that we have built strong relationships with over the years," but the website was only registered in December, and indicates they are also doing business as kratomcrazy.com. A quick look at that site reveals the same product packaging. Again, WTF?
They say they're doing business in the US, but their website is registered in Nassau and there is ZERO contact information on the website beyond an email address and phone number.
And as if ALL that weren't enough to steer any thinking person away, the customer reviews on the pages do NOT sound legit. Seriously. Go read the reviews on different strains, one after the other, and ask yourself if that's legit.
I'm kind of surprised -- you said you were looking for a reliable vendor, and I've seen a lot better than this guy. This is sketchy as fuck, to be honest. There is NO way I would send this guy cash -- via E-check, no less! Why don't I just give them the passwords to my bank account and call it a day.
