Krakatau Kratom vendor big issue

Hello all I live in EU so ordering from a USA vendor is not a option and EU prices are super high so I order straight from a Indo vendor. I have ordered from my usual Indo vendor for the last 2 years with no problems but they are having issues closed down for a week so i decided to try a new vendor. I found a new vendor they have a 3 kilo minimum order and i liked what they offered as well as good communication (at first!) I placed the order on 6/18 paid $210 was supposedly shipped on Monday 6/22 with DHL. The package was suppose to go from Jakarta to Singapore then I was going to get a DHL tracking number but I was told there is a issue with DHL and the package has to be sent back to the sender and re shipped with UPS.

I was told by the vendor nothing they can do and can be days before they receive the package from Jakarta to send again with UPS. Well the order is for not just me for 2 others and they are on my butt about this and worried our money is gone. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund the vendor blows up on my paragraphs explaining why its delayed and also in CAPS yelling at me basically saying im dumb and i dont listen. I just told him im sorry but I cannot wait and need to cancel the order and get a refund and now am being ignored. Anyone else have this issue before? I will never use another vendor again this has been a disaster. Also not sure why the vendor shipped DHL when all the other dozen vendors i talked to said DHL has issues and only will ship UPS.

Oh one more thing when I asked on Monday 6/22 if the order had been shipped he said yes and sent me a photo of a package with my initials and the weight. Then when I asked again on Thursday if the package had been sent back to him and sent with UPS he just sent me the same photo and said his broker picked up the package. But yet he has not sent me any tracking with UPS or confirmation the package has been sent why I ask for a refund and cancel the order. I think my money is gone :(

P.s. I chose not to mention the vendor name as they have posted on here before.

Sorry to hear this :cry: . A lot of shipping lanes have been shut down by new mandates from the FDA, a lot of the smaller suppliers and vendors are affected. I'm getting mixed information on how that is impacting the EU, some folks are reporting that things are flowing and others have told me that DHL has stopped shipping kratom anywhere (not just the US). Refunds are extremely rare, but if they are people of integrity, you may need to just plan on waiting a while to receive your shipment (I had a small test order take almost 6 months before). Give them time, the fact that they are replying to you is at least a good sign. If they are good people, they will probably ship your product whenever they can, which given the current environment it may be a while.

If they are "yelling at you" via text my guess is that they are not too worried about pleasing you, but that doesn't mean they won't make good on what they promised. They might just be annoyed because they probably have lost a lot of shipments and can't be bothered with your order. It's not at all right, but many suppliers see small orders as barely worth their time. As a result, when things go wrong or if the customer is unhappy with the order, they more or less would just prefer you just took your business elsewhere then to invest time/money trying to make it right.

In the worst-case scenario, your money may be gone. If they are somewhat unscrupulous, they might claim that they fulfilled their end of the bargain and are not at fault for the issue. If they are on the nicer side of unscrupulous, they might offer to split the cost of reshipping, but then you have to worry about them fulfilling their end of that bargain (see the pattern). Delivery guarantees are often given without hesitation. Unfortunately, I've learned the hard way that "delivery guarantees" are only guaranteed when you are equipped with a competent Indonesian lawyer and have properly signed agreements in advance.

I wanted to give a update on this order I have sense been ghosted and there whatsapp has been deactivated profile picture gone and no longer receiving my messages or blocked me. I gave them until today to get a reply but nothing complete shit! The company name is Krakatau Kratom if they see this then you all need to contact me and send my money back or ship my order with tracking. There site still up and running accepting new victims they have a address email and phone number going to give them a call if they dont reply to my email i just sent. Most likely they didnt want to deal with me anymore so are ghosting me i just hope my order is still arriving. Never again will I deal with another indo vendor its the worst!

I just wanted to post this here to show proof that I am not making this up. I was sent this photo after asking about tracking. Then the other photo is when I asked to cancel the order if i do not get a update or tracking and was told ther broker would to it today? Not sure what that meant.

Jared.... I've ordered from Indonesia before. My first order landed on my doorstep in 7 days from placing the order - pretty impressive! My second order, considerably larger, didn't fare so well. The supplier tried to send via DHL, just like yours. Then the order disappeared & was cancelled by DHL. The kratom package "disappeared", meaning, I think, that the supplier was trying to do something they shouldn't & DHL tossed out or seized the package. But the supplier contacted me right away, gave me a cryptic explanation of what happened, & said they'd get a replacement package ready & shipped out through Singapore this time. They sent me text updates every couple days until the package arrived. While the initial fiasco really got me worried, the rapid & regular texts kind of impressed me. That second order took a month to arrive.
