Free Kratom - Testers Needed (January Harvest)

Hello Everyone! We are once again looking to give away free kratom from our latest harvest in exchange for your private feedback! Please note that this offer is only open for folks who did not participate in our October/November public testing period. (you do not qualify for this round if you tested for us back in October/November 2019). We wish we could allow everyone to participate in every harvest, but we have a limited budget for testing and it's important that we diversify our data source as much as possible. *Please note that if you participated in our rainy-season mitigation experiments, it does not disqualify you for this round of testing.
Before enrolling for your free kratom, please carefully read the following program details:
- The offer is pretty simple - we will send you free samples of kratom in exchange for your commitment to complete a short online survey for each sample you receive. Please note that this offer is for testing only, we are not currently accepting new customers.
- We would request that you chip in $2 to help cover some of the shipping expenses if you can afford it. However, money should not be a barrier of your participation so if you can't afford it, its no problem!
- All feedback will be collected via a private online survey and they are very quick/easy to complete by design (multiple choice). Your first survey may take 1-2 minutes at the most, but once you are used to the format each survey should take around 30 seconds. We understand that most vendors provide free samples in exchange for public comment - that is not the purpose of this program. You are welcome to share your thoughts publically if your inspired to do so (we have nothing to hide), but we will only apply insights that are submitted via survey.
- In addition to helping us identify batches that are suitable to offer to our members, this research is being conducted to support our understanding of how various experimental pre and post-harvest production techniques affect the final product. As a result, the feedback you provide has the potential to have a real-life impact on the future of kratom production. With that, we would ask that you take your role as a product tester seriously. Please do your best to provide quality/accurate feedback and not quickly check all the boxes to mark a survey complete.
- I hate talking about this next part because it comes off a little gripey, but I think its an ugly necessity. Occasionally a member of the community will fail to uphold their end of the bargain - please dont be that person.
Some of the tests we send may be from very small experimental batches, so we are relying on receiving a survey for every single sample that is sent out (it can literally jeopardize months of work if we fail to get the required number of tests back). We also incur a cost of around $5-$8 for each test package we send out (which is an acceptable cost of doing research that we are glad to pay). However, its a real bummer when somebody from our community decides to cash in on our trust. It only takes 30 seconds to complete the survey..... please dont treat us like some big company that can "afford the losses". We aren't and we really cant. 
- Please have patience with the process. To execute our public testing efficiently, we follow a cadenced schedule for processing enrollments, replying to emails, and shipping test packages. Although not the typical experience, it's possible that the process of completing your enrollment and shipping your package can take up to 1-2 weeks. All packages are shipped via USPS first class service, so please allow for up to 1 week for delivery once your package has been shipped. Most folks say it's worth the wait, so dont let that steer you away from participating!
- I want to be transparent that outside a couple of our "staples" many of these tests are very small-batch samples and have not been lab-tested. The reality is probably most/all of the kratom you consume has not been tested either, but I wanted to be transparent either way. What I can tell you is we are very hands-on and take the greatest care/oversight to ensure the product is responsibly sourced.
How to Enroll:
During our public testing, we usually get bombarded with enrollment requests. Please help us work efficiently by carefully following the 3 easy steps below exactly as they are described (failing to follow the instructions closely will lead to delays in your enrollment).
Submitting Information: We really prefer that you submit your enrollment via email, as it is much easier for us to manage. As a result, it will expedite your enrollment tremendously and will ensure your application is not overlooked.

Expect 1-2 week delays in your enrollment if submitted via private message.

2. A very brief history of your kratom usage. We primarily like to know how long you have used kratom, what your average daily intake is, and what are your favorite vendors. We dont want the enrollment to be a lot of work so keep it brief and easy... no need for an essay here!
***Please note that your experience will not be used to determine whether you qualify for testing, we need feedback from all walks. It's just useful for us to know how to profile your insights.
3. Confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that you agree to read all testing instructions and complete a survey for every sample you receive.
