How False Rumors Disrupt The Kratom Trade

Since a few months ago, there has been an issue raised by several exporters claiming tha tkratom shipment would be halted due to a "7oh cleansing".
According to this rumor, shipments would stop next month and resume next year(2026) - some even say not until April 2026.
Amusingly, behind every rumor they spread, there are always words like : "if you want stable prices, you should start stocking kraotm now," or "we recommend you to buy kratom immediately."
They always slip in soft marketing lines at the end of every rumor they circulate.
These rumors are being spread by people who have NEVER BEEN INVOLVED in any kratom regulatory activities anywhere -- not in meetings with goverment bodies overseeing kratom regulations in Indonesia or the US, nor in communication with US authorities (such as US customs). Yet , they act as if they already know what regulations are coming.
They previously spread this rumor back in September, claiming that kratom imports would be halted in October - which turned out to be untrue.
Now they are spreading a similiar piece of information again, saying that there will be a halt in December.
Such misinformation creates panic buying, disrupts the cash flow of those who get caught up in it, and disturbs the stability of trade.
These individuals don't consider the broader impact - their only goal is to secure purchase orders by spreading FEAR among kratom business owner in the US.
