Not looking good for kratom, the Gov is recommending ALL products be banned in Ohio, including plain leaf.

I think the AKA and kratom product manufacturers are finding out that pushing the ban for 7OH wasnt the best idea. You cant put 7OH in the spotlight without sharing that same spotlight with kratom.

Expect other states to follow if Ohio implements a full ban. Especially if greedy companies try to circumvent 7oh bans like the one in FL. The AKA is trying to prevent this ban in Ohio but you never know

Well that sucks donkey kongs balls, because the chance of other states following are pretty high. Along the lines of abortion drugs where some states they are illegal and some you can have it mailed to your door. Ohio should have a chance to have it not be if the groups with money convince the politicians they could lose large amounts of voters if they go through with it. 7OH like it or not has brought this to the forefront and is the excuse these arseholes needed to get it banned. When the DEA tried several years ago there was no 7OH like today, and that made all the difference, imo. I kinda like 7OH myself but can understand how drug addicts and junkies could abuse TF out of it.

It appears the board is going to go through with it regardless, they’re not even opening a channel for public response. My guess is Dewine was spoken to by someone who has a lot of pull and was told to get rid of all of it or else he’ll lose their support. I’m in Ohio so I’m fucked. I don’t care to point the finger any longer cause what’s the point now? The damage is done, and if Ohio goes the rest will follow, so say goodbye to kratom. Well done dipshits.

I don't live there now, but Ohio is my home state. I was born there and spent a majority of my life there. Many of my friends/family are there. I was thinking I might even return home someday, but I doubt it if this passes. There is a massive opiate drug problem in Ohio. Many of the cities/towns are rust belt wastelands, barely holding on. Not everywhere of course, but this is a state that needs kratom more than most. Hopefully this does not go through.

I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. DeWine and the board cancelled the emergency meeting for now, but certainly not out of the woods yet.

Unfortunately, I keep seeing articles that he still wants to ban it. There's a meeting in Toldeo next week. It's going to be interesting to see what ends up happening. I think it's BS since the govt even said they weren't after plain leaf, they are after 7 oh. Even if shit does hit the fan, I'm stocked up for quite some time. However, many others may not be in a spot where they easily could stock up.

The problem is insane with opiates/oids in Ohio and this move can only be seen as an attack on the citizens of Ohio.
I knew the AKA was full of shit, the KCPA was just bullshit all along. They just won't leave kratom alone...why?
I mean, I know a LOT of money is at stake and people are greedy assholes, but actually though...
Just stock up. It's the only choice. They won't stop until there are no alternatives for anyone except alcohol, murderous street drugs, and Suboxone..oh, and shitty overpriced "medical marijuana" which is NEVER as good as the stuff the amateurs are growing.
This shit drives me insane because I'M PAYING FOR THIS. We ALL ARE
