Hormones and health

I want to start out saying that I'm completely for Kratom and I use it everyday and have since 2017, and this post isn't meant to scare anyone. I 100% promote food and herbs as medicine and I personally don't entertain anything man-made and synthetic, nor subscribe to the medical establishments. If anything, this post is to help anyone on here realize, that what they may be going through (health wise) could be because of this reason. But we must remind ourselves about how many gpd we consume and to not go overboard. Normal hormone regulation brings balanced functioning of the body’s endocrine system.
The alkaloids in Kratom have an indirect effect on hormones within modulating the opioid receptors, altering the role in regulating the "HPG" - hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis, suppressing the functioning. Just a reminder that several negative health consequences occur, especially for long term, high dose dependent users.
For me, I've noticed I feel my best and it works the best when I don't go over 9gpd. Anything more than that I run into negative results. We are inviting disease in to flourish within the body if left unchecked from not monitoring how much we consume daily.
I'll add, for those that aren't sedentary and work out often, eat relatively well and drink plenty of good quality water (real spring water, not dead water) will see less of an impact on the negative consequences. Metabolism plays a big part in how kratom effects us.
