Has anyone been in contact with Kratom OG recently?

I attempted to place an order via their e-mail form and received a generic response that they're closed today kto catch up on orders) and to try placing an order in "a few days"

Is this normal for them? Does anyone know when they might re-open again?

I placed an order and just got it a few days ago. They told me 4-7days till its shipped. Ive liked everything ive got from them so far

This is part of the response I received via email today:

We are closed today and will be using this time to catch up on orders that have already been placed. We should reopen to taking new orders in a few days so please contact us again then as we will happily take your order once we have caught up.

Their crew is small, and they're extremely busy, so it happens pretty regularly. I'd try back on Saturday. That's when Madison told me that they'd be accepting new orders.

Hi, this is Harry from KOG. I was linked to this post. Yes, at the moment we are very busy and Madison stops taking orders at 50-60 orders. Now please understand, these orders can be a simple split kg, or 150 various kgs. I also make many strains such as red bali or complex's and various blend strains I do myself. We are only a few people. We do not wish to get bigger and are also dealing with missing packages and shipping issues from Indo. Therefore, I want to be able to assure what you ordered will still be in stock when we get to your order. The demand is larger than we are at this time. And were not small, we have a warehouse but we are always very busy and work 12 hours or so a day.

We have decided to stop taking orders once our workload gets so big in order to avoid even longer delays and posts like this or overall unhappiness. I would rather not make people wait 10+ days for us to get to your order. So we stop taking orders to make sure stock will be there, and you dont have to wait that long. But we are not a huge operation like gaia or socal and we have no plan of expanding during these times. So when we get to 60, we stop taking orders, then I finish like 15 or 20 and we take more orders. It will fill out within the day and we will be at max...We stay at max and unfortunately turn people away at times. Hope that explains it. Just consider that if someone wants 20 split kgs, thats 80 bags that must be packed...then multiply that by 50...you may understand why we close to catch up periodically.

We did just get a delivery of some EXCELLENT bright bright green from jongkong and ketapang as well as some excellent white ketapang and bentuangie two days ago....

That indeed sounds really intense. Is there a queue or some other way of getting to people in order of when they put in their request? I tried to order 10 days ago and was told to try again in 4 days. I tried after 4 days, as requested, but haven't heard back at all since then. I understand, of course, that you're slammed, but no response at all is frustrating, especially since I was told by Madison to keep trying.

Thank you for your response. I'm not upset or anything, I just wasn't sure if this was standard operating procedures for K-OG or if this was something new.

I'm glad your business is doing so well, that tells me you have quality product and I'm willing to wait my turn.

I'll just keep trying every few days until my order is accepted.

If you are willing to wait, we can usually take your order. Just understand that it will take time for us to get to it. If you let Madison know youre willing to wait, she can take the order and youd go in the cue.

Because the huge demand, we had to stop doing very time consuming orders like samplers and very small orders (like a couple oz). We hope it gets smoother but we are dealing with a rush/panic at the moment.

Just wanted to know before I try to order again, what's the minimum order amount? Do you have to order 100 gr. Implement ,or can you order like 4 25gr bags too?
