My suggestion would be to read up on the "Vendor and Strain Reviews" threads. That is going to be where the latest and greatest reviews and batch discussions is going to be.

I have no recommendations unfortunately because I've banned myself from buying Kratom for the past 6 months while I work through my "pool size" supply of previously ordered/unopened kratom

Are you a member of either TFH or Denette? Some great choices there (and the only two I really buy from nowadays).

Denette in particular has been KILLING IT with his greens - his current menu has about the best I've ever had. But I do know some other folks have reported some other vendors with similar things so it might just be a good season (or a good season six months ago, or whenever the time delay takes for it to get to us). You might just do a search on the forum in the review section to see.

I assume you mean all at once - you've SURELY bought that much kratom over the course of taking it, right? (I know, don't call you Shirley).

I've only been taking it three or four years now, but I've bought dozens of kilos - hate to even think how much. Once I even ordered 5 kilos in one order from TFH (but I thought it was going to be a one-time purchase because I never thought I'd be lucky enough to be a member. You never really know, though). I have to admit, though, this is WAY more than I should have bought in just a month or so (but I honestly DO think I'll make it through this year without another purchase. Then again, I've been awful wrong about a lot of things these last few years, starting with 2020. Sigh).

extremely general requests for recommendations really don't work very well...if people all started chiming in with whatever pops into their head as good, you'd get hundreds of recommendations, with really not much way of deciding between them. Not that my recommendations would be worth much, but my inclination is to decline to answer questions like that.

So good methods have been suggested. Look at reviews here. I'd also recommend maybe looking at that daily reviews thread (probably start at the end) about what people have been burning each day. some good choices to be found there.

and not like kelleytoons leads you astray. he has great taste - those 2 vendors are fine ones if you are going to limit yourself to two - but they are both private vendors and are pretty hard to get into, especially on the spur of the moment. There are some excellent public vendors around.

Lets just combine all our open bags, get some fancy packaging and label it "Extremely limited, small batch, rare geographic location, (insert fancy marketing words here)" and sell it off to some inexperienced people walking into a smoke shop.

JK, they are good to have around as many have said that you can come back to an unsuccessful open bag down the road and have wildly different effects. Also worth having in case of an apocalypse and/or when needing to taper or have a break.

You speak the truth, and as long as I keep em stored properly they will last and last. I plan to mix em more and experiment. I do have a buddy who just overdoes it frankly and I end up selling him some of the excess, so works out.

I hope I don't get flak for this but I'm tired and don't feel like searching. I'm a TFH member, but I've wanted to try Dennete for awhile now and skipped on every opportunity in the past. Any idea when the next "temporary" menu will go up for a weekend or something?

Not flak but Denette is members only and currently isn't accepting new ones nor does he have any items for sale for non-members.

When he has such an event he announces it here so as long as you visit regularly you won't miss it (and only Eric would know when that might be).

No, sir... Maybe 2 kilos from TFH, 2 from LSMS, maybe 4 kilos from TP, a splurge during YLYL SOSA binge. So, maybe 10 for my whole career I'm a small ish doser with a wife that is completely over it. Small Los Angeles apartment and a teachers salary keeps you fucking lean!
