I’m driving to Canada through SE Michigan. I’m wondering if I’m allowed to bring kratom in the car. Has anyone had experience doing this? Should I just put in in my backpack and forget about it? Do they ask you about it or do you tell them about it? If they find it will I be in trouble or will they just throw it out and send me on my way? I never have crossed the border before so no idea what to expect.

I've done a good bit of traveling with it, sometimes to places I shouldn't have... with no problem but Canada seems just fine. My kid went to school in Wisconsin and I'd shake my head whenever he flew back there kràtom in carryon. Try telling a 20 year old what to do. Never a problem. For the record, not recommending anyone do that.

Thank you. Have your ever done it going to Canada? How long ago was that with your son? I’m so afraid to try.

Haven't been to Canada kràtom in hand. So maybe someone else will post here who has. My son graduated three years ago. Sorry. Do a deeper dive online? The link I sent says it's legal to have kràtom in Canada so if it's legal in the USA where you're crossing, and it's legal in Canada...
