Texas Family Harvest Current Menu
What do you recommend from Texas Family Harvest?
Haven't gotten anything from them in a long while.
Thank you in advance.

I’m not sure what’s still available, but this is my latest acquisition from a few weeks ago:the_1_and_only wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:54 pm What do you recommend from Texas Family Harvest?

Baik Bunut: R-SUM3
Crème de la Bali (Connoisseurs Collection): MIR13
Jolly Red Giant (Skyscraper Harvest): MR-W8
Warm Embrace (Special Stock): TFH-WH12
Wild Crafted Rocket Red XL : A-41
Green Nirvana *SLGS: WM3-W1
Killer Kalimantan Green: PL-1
Wild Gathered Magic MD: MUK-W7SD
To be honest, I’ve only opened the Warm Embrace, Rocket Red and Killer Kalimantan Green. All 3 are outstanding. Most TFH reds are morning and afternoon reds for me. They are rarely sedating for me. Sometimes slow, but not heavily sedating. The Warm Embrace is an exception to that. A really nice warm and fuzzy happy chill for almost 2 hours and then I’m nodding off ready for bed. I likely could ride it out and enjoyed it longer, but I have trouble sleeping. So I take advantage of any sleep I can get.
The Rocket Red is nearly identical to the last version of Rocket Red Chris offered. I think this newer batch is a little on the slower side, but still a great daytime red for me.
The Killer Kalimantan Green is a great morning/daytime green. A good 4 to 5 hours of focus and energy. Really well balanced for me. All that I hope to get out of a good quality leaf.

I can only speak to the reds. First, a couple of older favorites on the menu that still slay today:the_1_and_only wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:54 pm What do you recommend from Texas Family Harvest?

And new things I love?
Master Crafted Red Rocket XL
The Bali Bliss
Warm Embrace
I still get Master Crafted TFH all the time...
I have Jolly Red Giant, Great Bali of Fire, Creme de la Bali, the ones I've listed above...the Red MD Connoisseur Collection one is great too.
I have tried every red on that menu right now except the 30 year Chocolate (and that's not my bag bc it's a chocolate but I heard it is amazing), Red Bunut (PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK) and Mystic Muna (ALSO SEEKING FEEDBACK)
If it is still available, the Old School Green Bali is out of control. I'm a 99% reds girl but if you send me a green I will try it and have an open mind. Any green TFH includes as a sample I like. Whites? I know nothing. Yellows and golds? I can't imagine it not being great.
The top three TFH reds in my rotation right now are Baik Hutan MD, Master Crafted Red Rocket XL, and the Bali Bliss (which took a few times to hit but when it did, it's been a passionate affair since) and I will throw out there that these are either faster or mid-spec, but relaxing ones? Definitely Warm Embrace. Also, I love Baik Bali Especiale and blending it with Jolly Red Giant for an evening dessert bedtime bliss thing.
If anyone can speak to the Red Bunut [OP] or Mystic Muna, that would be great!
Get the dang rocket, btw. People will compare it to previous ones but I'm the weirdo that can't remember the previous ones and love this. I'd recommend that rocket
They are my fave vendor, obvs and need to explore other vendors but I love them and love Chris and Angie too.
*I had to edit because I accidentally put one s in dessert, but I bet these two killer evening strains would be a delight in the desert as well.*

Pssssst. If you try that Baik Bunut please LMK. It is one of two reds I haven't tried!Vipercuda69 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2023 3:20 amI’m not sure what’s still available, but this is my latest acquisition from a few weeks ago:the_1_and_only wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:54 pm What do you recommend from Texas Family Harvest?

Re: Texas Family Harvest Current Menu
For all those praising TFH Bali Bliss, it's way on the faster side for me anyway. I can't handle more than 1.75g per dose. I use it when I have a lot of yard work to do. After taking it today, I mowed all the lawns(7000 ft² of it), trimmed a hedge, trimmed a tree, & pulled weeds - about 6 hours work. My wife came out & told me I was working too hard. I told her it was the kratom's fault.
Being in my 70s, I have all kinds of pain. I've discovered through desperation that crummy kratom, meaning batches that don't give the prized warm fuzzies, still can relieve pain if you take enough. It's a great way to put disappointing strains to good use. While I don't normally go over 2g per dose, if it's to relieve serious pain like a broken rib, I start out at 4g per dose & adjust after seeing how it goes. And you can't just keep dosing that high for more than 3 days or you'll stop responding to it.

Re: Texas Family Harvest Current Menu
This is my 1st official post so I'm new here but not to Kratom. My vendor that I have been using for the last 5 yrs can no longer sell in TN. Its legal here but CC issues, etc stop him. Anyway how does one get the ability to purchase from TFH? The nice reviews are promising but I see it is a closed group. Thanks

Re: Texas Family Harvest Current Menu
It goes to show how different we are - for me Bliss is a go-to sleep red, taken at high enough doses (like most reds I have to dose at the high end, around 3.5 grams). I sleep for five hours blissfully (and painfree).
Can't even imagine getting any work done with it - would just nod off. But that's the mystery (and beauty) about kratom (remember, I'm an old guy as well).

Re: Texas Family Harvest Current Menu
I know “Crummy Kratom” all too well. I’ve tried dozens of vendors over the years. You definitely can take more, but with me, I run the risk of serious nausea. Depending on the batch, my typical dose is 3 to 5 grams. Once I get to 7-8 grams my gut doesn’t like it. It sounds like you got a good amount of yard work done. Don’t blame the Kratom. Thank the Kratom.pray4peace4 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 19, 2023 3:19 am For all those praising TFH Bali Bliss, it's way on the faster side for me anyway. I can't handle more than 1.75g per dose.
