that's what I was guessing, but wanted to be sure. thank you! last time I didn't fill out the missing mail form nothing had updated for 10 days, but as soon as I did fill it out (actually on two different packages now), it miraculously reappeared in tracking. third time's a charm? I know usps is slacking on scanning packages and packages are slower right now, but it makes me nervous when it doesn't show anything... where it currently is or an expected delivery date. fingers crossed!

From my own experience and that reported by other buyers, an unofficial opinion is that one can take less TFH than some other vendors to achieve similar (or greater) results. I posted upthread my experience with TFH measuring and weighing in order to achieve a kratom dose comparable to other vendor's dose-sizes.

Your bag of TFH will likely be VERY vacuumed to assure freshness, but the kratom powder will be extremely tightly packed. If you dip a spoon into the bag, the powder will probably by more concentrated (tightly packed too) in the spoon. It's possible that TFH customers don't realize that the 2g in the teaspoon is actually 4 g so they figure a smaller serving is more potent.

Weigh your TFH on a scale. Is easy to buy from Amazon and less than $10. (I might also mention that if you are having trouble with your tiny scale, I have some measuring-hacks!!)

This time around i skipped any orders since i still going trough last order we had. I can tell you 100% i am feeling every single one of them like the honey moon. all i had to do is take a nice break from kratom. People sometimes dont realize more is not better. it ruins your receptors in few days, 1 week? It get to the point where you cant feel any TFH kratom, i been their and done that. Going back and revisiting, i officially announce its the best unique kratom out there. Beats a lot of things out there. Right now i been hooked on True malay from last order or 2 orders back? Dang that is sooo sweet pure long leg lasting candle! Again and again it proved it self my #1 favorites. Also many others of TFH stood out a lot after a nice break. its like candy when you have a sweet tooth but if you eat to much sugar and lots of kandy, you aint going to feel the best candys, cool the receptors, if you have too, go trough torture and hell with WDs, cold turkey, no alternatives. Only then when everything is mellowed and cooled with your over drive receptors you will feel ALL TFH kratom Super Duper Fire. And yes less is more. Keep up everyday use and big dose, less will never work for any one, good luck with that.

Well, I feel stupid. I misunderstood something apparently, and I thought we'd be told if there was a substitution made. My first order was sent at midnight, Eastern, and they were already out of something! That's crazy! So now, I'm guessing I didn't make it in time for a few strains. At least those orders will be here today (my mailman is going to hate me)!

Thank you Greyfeather for this info! I saw you had posted this somewhere else? Or was it here too? Idk, but you describing to break it all up and make sure the Kratom is loosened was useful! Of course common sense would hopefully come in but sometimes I don’t have the best though processes haha. So your tips on the vacuum seal bags was useful!

that IS crazy. what did you order... and what did you get? I ordered at 12:40 am eastern time and haven't heard anything about substitutions, so I've been assuming as well that I'm good on the strains I ordered. hopefully it'll come soon and we'll seee!

It was the 30 Year Wild TFH IR14. I thought it was on the menu for longer than that, but I could be wrong. I'm just going that's the only substitution. Who knows, maybe someone got in before me and ordered 10 kg or something...

That’s strange because I ordered that strain nearly 24 hours after preorders began and received it with my shipment yesterday. =\

I emailed and told them what was missing /wrong. I'm hoping they can still fill the orders; certain strains flew off the shelves.

Anyways nah its all good i have maybe 400 grams of a few different companies stuff ill be fine i appreciate it. If it gets to be tue or wed and I don't hear anything tho ill order another quarter or half ki from somewhere else.

Why are people leaving incredibly vague hard to follow complaints about their order on a vendor thread instead of just emailing the vendor directly and working through the issue in private with the only people who can resolve it for them?

Matty- I guess I went with the worse possibility, lol. I haven't heard back yet, and figured I'd have to wait.

Saints - I don't think I was vague; someone answered my concern, and I've already emailed TFH. I figured here was the place people would know, and I found someone else with the same problem. Really, all we can do is talk about it until we hear from TFH. It makes me feel better, knowing I'm not the only one. I don't want them to think I'm being shady.

The other orders had the correct amount of kratom, at least. Lots of substitutions, and some that weren't the right ones. I have faith, though. If they're as good as you guys say, then I'll just let it ride.

Yeah i emailed the support email I didn't know if there are easier ways to contact them or if they are users here since this forum is posted in their email i didnt think that was an unreasonable request.

I had one strain ordered and I received half of it my bad for posting my experience here. Shit

I got my order its beautiful Thanks Chris and Angie for going above my expectations cant wait to try some of the new selections.
Someone above was talking about having to take more of your leaf noo start small and work up.Actually I do that with any new to me leaf As far as substitute strains go I'm happy to have the opportunity to have any of your leaf in my rotation, I also appreciate the selection s,and realize how fast any mentioned strains go,,its what happens anytime there's exceptional leaf. I know its very important to follow the instructions you have painstakingly lol written. Also I. Making my list for my next order..I m so thankful for doubleMherbal and TFH and all the great leaf I've sourced here.

I dont have any regrets ordering any this time around. Still going trough other batches from few orders back. Enjoying them well. very happy, i also agree with another comment someone posted that TFH kratom are more on the lighter side of it, more of a brighter. some of it is not very deep dive feel and thats what i need some days is just to be left alone and enjoy the light part if it. i would describe it as nice bright light clean feel. Some do go deep as well but most TFH is on the brigher side of it. Those who have jittery or anxiety issues i can see how TFH can work perfectly for them, reminds me of some Liza's strain. Surface scathing perfect clean energy, not to much over kill with speed and not to sedating. I got like 13 grams left from white bajna from lizza , use to be a kilo. Man that was a good ride, now i am riding the TFH train! Great choice...

Yeah, I don't think I've seen anyone recommend going heavy on TFH. It's all been the opposite. And I missed out on some of the strains I wanted most, but I'm loving the ones I got. I ended up with a ton of Wild Red TFH somehow, and I think I could mix it with anything and be happy! From now on, I'm stalking the event post!

id imagine so. it will likely be just him updating this page with the winning numbers for the preorder draw. i would expect it to be put up at some point today. does anyone know how MANY winners will be drawn for each drawing? i hope it is more than 1 for each. what a bummer to just add 2 new members

I just got my first order Friday but that's been my experience so far too. I was struggling to describe it, but clean and bright, but also not quite as deep, is a good way to put it. I like it a lot but it's also good to have some heavier leaf to add to the rotation.

The Classic Red Maeng Da is the fastest red from TFH that I have tried so far. Of course everyone will have their own results, but I reserve this one for the times that I do want to be more alert and ready to get out and face the world.
