yes i had a mail this morning and he said he didnt know what the issue was and was going to ring to find out (mmmmmm). suggested might be the virus or something. i suggested duty but he said no, i think its duty and maybe they have put them somewhere and lost them, that last bit was a bit of humour, but deep down im not laughing. Im totally out and a bit frustrated.

I paid duty online through ups so maybe that's why they're saying mine has cleared customs, i'm just still worried about getting in trouble for it. It seems likely there's something else wrong with all the orders, I assume TK would know something if they'd all been seized?

Yeah ups said they need to investigate where it is from the sender, so thats not going to happen. It's not been scanned since Monday so it's been lost.

Curious if anyone has used Mitra Genie Kratom (mitrageniekratom dott com) before?

Guy from there sent me a PM on Reddit before Christmas, saying he's a UK vendor, and ships from the UK. he also mentioned he could send a small sample... but he stopped responding to messages when I requested a sample (I see he's been active on reddit since).

Anyone used this vendor before? Is it genuine, and does he really ship from the UK?

So here’s the situation.

The gentlemen previously handling distribution went AWOL. Had been taking payments into his personal account and being dishonest with us here in Indonesia. He tried to break away and steal a chunk of customers in the process making direct sales via WhatsApp and Wickr. It appears all of this wasn’t enough but he wanted to damage the reputation and slander the name of our Business in an effort to turn our customer base against us and control the market. We suspect that our recent issues with delivery are all due to this gentlemen, for this reason we are no longer able to serve customers from that region. Last we heard he went AWOL again and hasn’t fulfilled any of the orders he has taken payment for so buyer beware. Purchase at your own risk for anyone still in contact, we will not take responsibility for any issues that arise; he no longer works for this company.

At this stage we removed all his access to the website and offered customers either a refund or replacement via Indonesia, anyone that chose a refund has had their refund processed and all other orders where dispatched from Indonesia.

What we didn’t foresee happening is that the bulk of orders that were shipped were not successfully delivered. This left us in a bit of a pickle as we had already spent a fortune on refunds and redelivery.

We no longer distribute to said region, we are concentrating on wholesale distribution and other countries. Anyone still waiting on a refund we have a list with contact details and will process the remaining refunds in the coming weeks, we will contact you for payment information.

We sincerely apologise for the problems you’ve experienced with our business, I know some of you have been purchasing from us for a very long time and it saddens us that this happened and we wasn’t able to offer the resolution you deserved.

We still have premium quality product and are committed to rectifying the issues some of you have experienced above, by refund but cannot do so immediately. For those of you with disputes, you can contact me via the Email on our website and can provide you with my Direct WhatsApp so I can personally keep you updated on the situation.

We have moved distribution to Indonesia and now distribute at a minimum weight of 1000g, we’ve added split Kilo products at a higher rate for those of you that wish to split your Kilo. We are actively seeking a new distribution partner in Europe to provide our customers with more streamlined and efficient deliveries and are able to once again offer our product at lower weights. Any interested persons who might be reading this post please feel free to get in contact.

We’ve worked extremely hard to provide our customers with awesome quality product at affordable rates despite the challenges we face in ensuring you receive your product smoothly. We take huge risks to Ensure this is possible and sometimes mistakes are made.

we where talking for way too long,he said i would get my refund then when the time was there he started not responded.
i must have sended more than 15 mails with no response at all.
i lost like 300 euro,be careful with this site.
