Hello Everyone - I just wanted to send a quick update. I've received a couple of PM's regarding the status of sample shipments. I wanted to share that we send our packages first class to save on shipping, so sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks for them to deliver them (we send anywhere from 40 - 100 packages a harvest, the costs really add up). We also follow a scheduled process in which we only check the PM's for testing and send out tests one day a week. With that, it's possible that upon receiving confirmation we will be sending you a package, it may be up to 6-7 days before your samples get sent. This is also the reason why it takes a while to get a PM response from us (which is why we ask for all of the information we need in your first PM).

With all of this - we typically ask that you give 1-2 weeks for delivery (sometimes longer). I know it a long time to wait for samples - but it's following this process that allows us to do such a high volume of testing. We are a small operation that is really focused on research - we don't have the bandwidth to process all of these and responding to PM's without batching our tasks for efficiencies sake. In case anyone was wondering - this is NOT how we handle customer interactions. I think the handful of customers we have from this forum can attest to our prompt service and super quick delivery!

We recently got word that a couple of batches that were tied up were released and we just received them. With that, we put some of our test packages were on pause so that we could include these samples. I've already tried 1 one them... I think you will find it was worth the wait

In the future, I will do a better job describing this process in our initial post to avoid people's concerns on how long the test samples are taking to arrive. I apologize if anyone is annoyed at how long they are taking - if its caused an inconvenience for you please let me know and I will promptly refund the $2 you pitched in to help cover the shipping cost!

I am interested in being a tester. My Wife has psoriatic arthritis and Kratom is by far the best for her pain. However, I cannot send a PM since I have not posted enough. If you ever need anyone new, we would be grateful for the opportunity.
