Ok kratom world im fairly new to Kratom but im "Balls to the wall" so to speak with everything from buying plants
and Trying alot of vendors basically everthing on this plant. Ive got a pretty good idea whos the good venders from all of your post. Is there any advise for a NOOB like myself to stay away from??

Keep your doses low and well spaced. It depends what your needs are but as you didn't mention any, I'd recommend staying under 2 gms per dose ànd as infrequently as possible. Like not even daily if you can. If you adhere to this, your tolerance will not climb and your doses shouldn't fall flat.
Of course rotate your batches and vendors which will also prevent brain receptor fatigue.

Good advice! Also, stay away from extracts until you're familiar with the plant. It will send your tolerance sky high.

Welcome! Id say not to put too much stock in strain reviews or chasing high mit percentages. Also, stay the course and come back to batches that dont hit initially. They may prove ultimately not to work for you but determine so through multiple data points. Enjoy!

Forgot to mention.. have your doses on an empty stomach. And stick stick stick to the parameters you've set. IOW, don't climb the dose ladder or squeeze extra doses in.

Best advice for a NOOB ? Ignore the HYPE - it's all repeated online to make $ Money $ by the vendors, and repeated ad nauseum by lots of folks for no good reason...

Plain Leaf - kratom. It's Mitragynine, the active alkaloid, is really what matters. It's almost never, over 2%. That's 20mg per Gram, by weight. "Kratom is kratom". But! LOW quality kratom might be only 1%. So there's a general possible Quality Range of = 100%. Yes! Top quality kratom is like 2X as strong, as "Low Average" stuff. Double! However... it's a Normal Distribution. bell curve, so MOST batches are 15mg by weight. And even the LOW stuff... you'll still find "Reviews" online promoting & praising the LOW stuff... LOL
