Any TFH suggestions for the new year?

I'm also looking for current recs. I've heard the green elephant kali is particularly good.

I liked White Rimbun Rimba Kali a lot - even better than Afterburner (I say "liked" because I'm a little off on using whites nowadays, since I can't play tennis until I have my surgery and recover - so a few months from now).

If you don't have it you need some.

That's interesting, I found the complete opposite: afterburner works amazing for me, but the rimbun barely hits. I personally haven't found any other of his strains that beats afterburner.

That's exactly why "reviews" are kind of a "not much of an indicator of things" - also, with TFH you MUST try something three or four times AND sometimes wait a few months and then try it again. Their batches have a way of needing to "sink in" or something.

There are, however, some TFH stuff that everyone said was the best that I absolutely found "meh" and ended up selling on the Trading Post. So, good thing we have that.

I've found this to be true of LSMS too (maybe others too, but those two are the only ones I've had for the past year+). I think it's something to do with your body needing to be "primed" to a new alkaloid profile. It's certainly true that certain batches work at different times; for example, with TFH's wild green hulu, I gave it a really high rating, 9 or so. I didn't touch it for another month or two, but when I came back to it, it didn't work at all. I want to say it's related to gaining tolerance for only certain alkaloids over time, but I'm just speculating.

Absolutely no order for anyone who wants a red is complete without the Jolly Red Giant (nee' tester 707). Absolute best kratom I've ever had.

I like jolly red giant too. I think it's on par with the best kratom I've ever had called creme de la bali.
