Followed by other strange people with rare conditions. Clip states these people are born only once in a thousand years, such as giantism, and lesser weirdness, like very long lashes and brows.

Dr. Youn is a plastic surgeon who piggybacked onto Dr. Pimplepopper (Sandra Lee MD) and put out a series of vids dealing with all sorts of medical oddities, such as, dun dun.. man with 20 inch penis?

Man shows a huge apparent penis, wrapped carefully in socks. It is def large, swaying below his knees like a baby elephant trunk, outlined against his pants with every step. After a CAT scan and finding more about his medical history, the man was determined to have been stretching his foreskin since he was a young boy. So while having a large penis at 7 inches, the foreskin has been stretched to 20 inches, covering his penis and testicles.

I wonder why he did this, it's debilitating as he shuffles around.
