2001 - I lived a block away from the WTC and was at home when the buildings collapsed. People were videotaping from rooms which had a clear view of the towers; I couldn't watch the people jumping off. If I was in the WTC and in a room which was on fire and collapsing, I still don't think I could jump. Falling...falling.... hold my hand

Still remember that to this day, coincidentally I was at work shooting rivets in a British Airbus when that happened, makes me sick to think our own government did that to it's own people.

Wow that’s incredible! Reminds me of the immigrant in France who scaled 4 stories and rescued a child dangling from a balcony. These men are heroes!
