Was browsing Amazon late at night, susceptible to impulse buys, and put this in my cart:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00 ... =UTF8&th=1.
It arrived and I love it!
I often eat eggs, and this little cooker can make up to 12 soft/medium/hard at a time, and fast. It can also poach up to 4 eggs at a time, do a small scramble or omlette, or steam other foods.
Very simple: put a small amount of water on the base hot plate using the included cup, prick your eggs on the large end using the pin at the bottom of the cup, put eggs on tray with the hole on the top, cover, and turn on. In about five minutes the thing will play a nice melody, and I put the eggs in an ice bath for ten minutes to prevent further cooking.
The consistency is right on and the shells come off so easily under a little running water.
Easy cleaning.

Omg I did the same thing at the beginning of the pandemic and I swear it was kratom that made me do it! I was home a lot more and became more aware of a lot of things that I wanted to change decor-wise and things I just wanted and because I couldn't sleep started doing the same thing, browsing Amazon late at night. Most of the items were not super expensive like this egg cooker but it sure added up. Luckily I've slowed down on that! Curtains, curtain rods, sheets, pillows abd pillow covers, shower curtains and rods, tea kettles, matcha tea bowls, spoons, veggie chopper, PJ's, storage boxes and zippered bags (for kratom), art work, mouse pads, I went kinda crazy! Trying to remember the last item added to my wishlist and I just added this egg cooker! I just made eggs on Saturday and overcooked them, like my yolks runny.

Eggs are important part of diet, not just for protein... Choline, found in egg yolks, is necessary for brain health. But
too much Choline, is bad!
There is a balance!
Benadryl ?? Studies found a link between taking medicines that are
anticholinergic - and cognitive decline and dementia. Some examples of non-prescription anticholinergic medications are Chlor-Trimeton, Benadryl, Tavist, and Dimetapp. So... IF you're using antihistamines, for sleep, for colds, sinus, whatever... You NEED
Eggs! Article LINK
However! Eating TOO many eggs...

. Is linked to Cancer. Prostate Cancer in men.

Thank You for the Amazon link, I'm tempted but already have too many "things" in small kitchen. Toaster, rice cooker, Foreman grill, juicer, etc.

I recently stopped liking eggs because of weird somewhat metallic taste? One of my family members said to stop zinc intake. Is it possible to much zinc can cause you hating eggs and others foods that taste similar? If its true, i will need to stop zinc for a month.
If anyone want natural zinc, eat garlic.
