Another one of my favorite quotes is by the character Locke in the show Lost after becoming handicapped. It’s simple, but elegant and he repeats it often throughout the series whenever people try to second guess him.

Story yes, quotes, not sure. Either way it is a beautiful book. A story about unconditional love. And that is how you truly free yourself. Through unconditional love.

If you've read the book, a lot of the lines of the story function as tragic quotes, the last one is a bittersweet line. Very simplistic quotes, imo, all of them.
