The aphrodisiac effects are definitely noticeable. It also induces a sense of Euphoria and relaxation.

Many people say it helps the onset of lucid dreams if drank before bed, but I have no experience using it for that.

It is not advised that Blue Lotus tea be consumed at the same time as kratom, as they are both dopamine agonists.
Taking them together could increase the risk of developing serotonin syndrome.

In Catboy's experience, blue lotus helped him cope with discomfort when he decided to start skipping days while weening off kratom.

Blue Lotus can also be smoked or made into a tincture with hard alcohol or wine.
It is said that the psychoactive effects are more intense with the tincture.

Thanks Herba Rosa that was interesting. I’ve never tried Blue Lotus so I can’t remark as to it’s effectiveness but it definitely sounds like it’s worth checking out

I tried blue lotus while drinking wine, I took about a gram, I felt a little trippy and music was sounding extra spectacular. Im not sure how much of that was from the wine tho!

I’ve had it several times. It doesn’t do very much at all for me. I was intrigued reading about it, but all it does is makes me slightly relaxed and calms the chatter in my brain, which is not bad but I was expecting more. I tried tea or just eating the dried flowers. Higher doses seemed to just give me a headache.
