Angelo Pietro dressings, recommend!

Angelo Pietro salad dressings/marinades are some of the bests things you can put on a salad. When I don't use ranch dressing, I use Original, Miso and Sesame, an d/or ginger. Ume (plum) is great as well, but don't see it on their website anymore. (The lemon is ok, but just ok, meh.) Man, they make salad such a treat to eat, enhancing the texture and elevating salad to main course status! Japanese X Italian inspired. I just grab a huge bowl, dump the box of salad, or bag, or break leaves off a bunch, fill with greens, swirl a bit of dressing on, mix, and viola! A squirt of sriracha melds with this nicely if you like spicy. Some of the best culinary fusion foods around. Ever.

I don't think I've ever seen those. Miso sounds good, I love miso.

I'm boring. Plain ole' Ranch is good enough for me.
But what I really like putting on salads is those small sesame seed sticks. Oh man, it makes eating a salad delicious.

Is this similar to the "ginger" sauce from benihanna's?

Ranch is one of mankind's greatest inventions, musta been divinely inspired! Hidden Valley started it all back in the day, and named it after their ranch. So companies copied with their own buttermilk-based dressing, some copying the 'ranch' name too.
Are the sesame sticks flat? Seems familiar, bet the miso/sesame dressing would be winnahs with those.

I haven't been to benihanas in 15-20 years, but I have fond memories of their ginger sauce. I just looked it up it's different. Thanks for this recipe, I am going to make this.
