LOL I feel like that when she squeezes the gunk out of cysts.

Her pay website shows patients over multiple visits and you can see how they get much better skin. Right now I'm watching her work on someone she calls 'the masked man' with dark dark blackheads over his eyes and face like a zorro mask. She gets her esthetician to give him a facial steam and boop bip, his blackheads are squeezed out he looks so handsome, years younger looking.

Oh my goodness! I absolutely love this kinda stuff! I know its mildly disgusting but I 1000000% agree with you, its super satisfying! I also like the videos where they clean peoples ears out I cant help it, but to be completely honest I LOVE cleaning my ears, it feels WAY too good!!

My dad used to clean our ears when we were young - I'd lie down on the carpet with my head turned to the side and he'd hold a flashlight in his mouth and use a long, thin wooden ear digger to poke around. I hated it, felt so vulnerable with the damn stick in my ear. There was hardly anything in there too.

So I got a membership on her pay site; there are years' worth of material!

There are compilations of blackhead / DPWs which are so satisfying to watch getting extracted.

Then there are the cysts which she sometimes squeezes and the gunk comes out in ribbons or a flood.. so gross, but can't look away, my toes curl. Then she takes out the sac or it'll grow back. Even better when she can pop out the entire sac without breaking them. Amazing how huge they are.

Some of the other vids are more like conventional surgery, like fatty tumors removal.

Then she stitches them up with such speed and skill.
