"Healthy Manasu" type of Okinawan black vinegar drink

Recently started being advertised here in Hawaii, the company's owner found out about it from time spent in Okinawa (part of Japan but having distinct regional and cultural differences and home to the world's generally longest-living people).
Touted as being way more powerful than apple cider vinegar, which we all know is a superfood! I can't really get myself to drink acv, this could be a solution.
