Has anyone ever gotten the akuamma or kanna extract from fused flora? I ordered some and have no idea what dose I should start out at. Oh and I also got the blue lotus extract too. Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks!

I always wanted to try kanna, it's really appealed to me. But it interferes with some medications in a really unsafe way so I don't think I can take it.
