Interesting trip report on erowid about blue lotus, I just got some 20to1 extact and will sample tonight. I've heard this stuff can aid lucid Dreaming and sleep

If you have it don't heat it put in wine or tepid tea.

Why shouldn't ya heat it?? I know of 1 or 2 people that use it in brewing CL...

I didnt know about lucid dreams, sometimes i put it in hot water cup to mix it.. Is putting in hot water called heating>? why is it bad?

You can add the petals to wine,and let steep for a month. I brew it in crushed leaf when I want extra relaxation and helps me to sleep.

Read the report it said heat degrades it but I don't know if that's accurate

This stuff didn't really have any effects at all , I tried it a couple times.

I got this blue lotus resin stuff from a head shop once and smoked it, but it didn't really seem to do much. Those were the days before I discovered real drugs.
