Anyone here use it?

I've seen it mentioned a few times at r/kratom as being helpful for hair loss. Also, I was reading reviews on Amazon and many people seem to find it helpful for arthritis pain.

I ordered some for both these reasons. :)

I’m in a local moringa growers group on fb somehow. A friend must have invited me. I don’t know much about it, but I’ve seen a vendor somewhere selling a product of this mixed with kratom. I don’t pay attention to the group at all, but a guy on it who works at Home Depot posted a $3000 fridge that was on sale at his store for 900, so I drove across town and bought it. Doesn’t have anything to do with anything. Just flexing with my new fridge.

Hey there HH! I 1st bought some about a year ago,,,it's a type of super food in a way,,loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, ,,and lots of benefits, ,,it's supposed to promote bone health and have nutrients benefitting hair,,,also anti-inflammatory benefits, ,you've probably Googled about it, ,anyhow, I gave my friend a bag of it,,he said it helps his arthritis pain,,just feels better, ,as far as hair, well his hair is a lot thicker than it was a year ago. I take it once a week, not daily,,but my arthritic pain seems less intense than before,,I got it because it is supposed to promote kidney health, but it is loaded with potassium, and if you have chronic KD, your potassium levels run high, soo,it's too much of a good thing in my case

My daughter takes it too,,everyday, ,her hair looks healthier, thicker, sort of like how prenatal vitamins made hair growth fast and thicker

I hoping it will help keep my hair from falling out. Arthritis pain relief would be a plus!

I plan on taking two capsules in the morning. I'm also considering getting a bag of the powder to make a hair rinse with. Or maybe some moringa oil, add a few drops to my conditioner. Natures Gate Daily conditioner btw, the 1st choice of hippies everywhere.

What's KD?

I have to supplement potassium frequently or I get muscle cramps at night, so this would be a good thing for me.

It's actually ckd, chronic kidney disease, as the kidneys slowly fail,,they aren't able to remove potassium from kidneys, and potassium in blood levels rise,,I have to be on Low potassium diet, no potatoes, tomatoes, and lots of fruit, bananas, are off limits,, I can eat in moderation, but have renal blood panel every 6 weeks, arggggg :

I love moringa. I used to put it in my smoothies and it was definitely good for me. I haven't had some in a couple of months, but now that you mention it I will be ordering some for myself asap!

Took my first dose around 11:00. By 6:30 found out something interesting. Moringa would make an excellent bowel prep for a colonoscopy.

Found this at Reddit this evening, very interesting.

eta: It was not the moringa that badly affected my digestive tract.

Hmm, moringa is a CYP450/CYP3A4 inhibitor and could potentiate kratom and other medications. Need to be careful what you take it with.

Most times in china medicine, they call it not enough blood flow to head, some exercises needed to give that blood flow, some say standing on your head few minutes a day, if you can handle steam sauna, massaging scalp, washing hair with lofant water every morning and after showers, lofant also good for skin in general external and internal, moringa is a great choice, you might think it dont do anything but just keep at it, 2 pills is nothing, i use to spoon feed my smoothies with it. it Moringa dont taste bad too, so mixing with something works great. I would never buy kratom mixed with moringa, take it separate or mix it your self if saves time.

I think its helping a lot ormus mana, i get it from here https://www.cherokeegold.net/product-pa ... lar-energy , got a 16oz, i know its not cheap, 100$ but i use half eye dropper on a wet hair and spread it, maybe around 15 drops? use it before work each day, maybe i should double it and use it twice a day but i swear by it, it stopped my hair lose, and i did seem to start get my hair darker, anecdotes of course but if money no problem you can get 16 oz and fill empty eye dropper and use that everyday, in morning, before going out, 1-3 times a day as you wish. Mixed with distilled water, no tap water. I wet my hair with water then on palm add the half dropper then spread it evenly on scalp and sides. You could take internal if you have issues with health but max it recomands is 15 drops a day i think. I think moringa focus more on mal-nutrition in body. Dont know if it helps with hair but wont hurt taking it.

Here is something else that is very very helpful, one of my family members uses everyday and they say it helps greatly with health wise...

Jump on it at your own paste and time, iam sure it helps good with blood circulation and stuff. I can see how this can give blood flow to brain if you sit a lot or dont have gym. Could help with hair loss as well. I think they do it 3 times a day, when they wake up, around 1pm and before sleep.

https://www.amazon.com/Leaps-ReBounds-B ... way&sr=8-3
Leaps & ReBounds: Rebounder - Fitness Trampoline - Full-Size Protective Mat - Minimal Joint Impact - High-Calorie Burn - Improve Cardio, Balance, and Physical Strength

Dont get the cheap once because they had few cheap once with bad experience, they do rip, the one that they got is the link above, ever since still no problem it breaking. Also helps if you cant take walks outside if bad weathers. Use it anytime inside house.

My son wanted to start trying to propagate trees and grow plants like I do with kratom and fruit trees, so he ordered a 5 foot tall moringa tree. When it came in, there was another 18” moringa tree twisted up with it! I’m so excited to teach him how to grow things, and to have a whole load of these super food trees!

So is the general consensus to add Moringa or not to add at dosing?

I’m also trying to figure enzyme inhibition/induction and what is the best for optimal results

So what's everyone's experience with this stuff and what dose do you take for leaf powder? I got a couple ounces of the leaf powder and tried it at just over 2 grams

Are we allowed to ask for sources of moringa here? I'm curious to try some that others have found to be effective.

I ordered kuli kuli organic moringa off Amazon because it was organic and affordable. I've only tried one other brand and couldn't really tell you if it's good or not but I believe it to be what it says it is.

Hmm. I'm just wondering if it's like kava where the stuff you can buy from amazon is 50/50.

But if you say it's good and works for you I'd be willing to give it a try.

Moringa and magnolia bark are two things I keep hearing about recently and outside of my personal experience.
