I use Kratom particularly for this reason daily and it just seems like my depression is really messing with me lately.

Maybe I’m not getting enough Vitamin D and not just from Milk and or Almond Milk, supplements, but I need to get my a55 back outside even to just put my headphones on and go for a 20 min walk.

If it’s not one thing it’s 5 others.

Happy Holidays everyone and the best gift to give is Mental and Physical and Spiritual Health! :)

Maybe I’m not getting enough Vitamin D ... need to get my a55 back outside
I gotcha man. I'm right there with you. I was diagnosed Major Depression 20 years ago, did the typical merry go 'round of psych meds, SSRI's etc. For years I did a weekly rotation of oxy's, hydro, weed, etc. to combat the blues.. I'm not manic or bi-polar either, just the weight of personal problems, financial, relationships, you know.. Not gonna pour out my sad details here.

Holiday time sucks, right? Starting with the weather.. I'm where it turns freezing in November. Dark and gloomy like 18 hours a day.. Vitamin D is an absolute must! Minimum 2000 mg daily but U might need 5000? I spread out my vitamin doses, day & night. And... yes. Exercise !! Gotta hit the gym or take long walks. Tough in bad weather.

Kratom for me, makes depression just melt away.. No more stress. No more anxiety. Today I managed to get out & exercise in the morning. Big mid-day dose, feelin' fine and now, able to get some things done.. answer e-mails and then it's off for shopping before the horrible Rush Hour traffic hits. Take care! Merry Christmas even! :D

If you're going to take D, be sure to get D3 and also some calcium to take with it. Magnesium is good for the blues too and magnesium citrate is better.

Oh its a jungle, but part of my luck is driven by the need to make things as nice as possible for a number of others and that fills a day. The short falls are real downers, but every success is like a "de-stresser" pill. It makes me happy I got someones thing done or thier package out.

No major plans for Christmas this year. Usually my family gets together for Christmas/New years, but this year we did Thanksgiving instead.

So nope, no stress here this year.

I do agree though, it can definitely be a stressful time. But also a lot of fun too!

My advice, stop watching the news, lol. Its depressing. Whatever you do , dont watch that new Michael Moore film, Fahrenheit 11/9. It will make it worse.

On the other hand, watch it. Download it with utorrent on yts.am or watch it streamed on https://go123movies.io/movie/fahrenheit-11-9/
