Who drinks soda and hydrogen water? (and does it have negative effects?)

My favorite drink is cold water, though I don't drink it constantly. Instead, I drink iced coffee, MCT oil powdered supplements, some probiotic/ashwaganda powder supplements (both adding water or almond milk) and Coke Zero Sugar.
I really dig Coke Zero, it tastes like regular Coke, sweet, spiced by cloves and de-cocainized coca leaves, sweet that lingers just a little on the tongue, but in an authentic sugar way. I sometimes drink 0 per day, sometimes 4, with the average being 2 or 3, esp. if watching YouTube.
Anyone else have a soda fixation? Does it hinder your life?
I am also on a search for hydrogen water, it's the newest thing, an admin in a mewe group says it treated her inflamation and pain. It is highly expensive, so I am looking for a single serving or a really cheap, small case. Most of these are sold in about $100 glass bottles that you put in water and press a button, then the water gets hydrogenated, rather than buying case after case.

Never heard of hydrogen water. I can’t keep up with the latest trends anymore.
But big claims + big costs in the health industry usually set off my BS meter. If it’s super expensive, I’d be wary.
I quit drinking soda a while back and now I just drink plain ole’ carbonated soda water. No sugar, carbs, or calories and it scratches that soda itch. Sometimes I mix it with a little fruit juice for flavor. Real fruit juice, not the sugary concentrate stuff.

I drink Molecular Hydrogen - here's what I buy -

Like near-infrared lights used by everybody from NFL teams to veterinary hospitals (and me, for osteoarthritis), H2 water helps the body's mitochondria, which produce the "energy packets" that our cells use to heal. There's a pretty amazing science developing around the use of molecular hydrogen to treat a number of maladies. An internet search will quickly dig up a ton on info

My dad bought us some hydrogen bottles a while ago that you press the button on. I’ve been using it a lot. I have a fixation on Red Bull sometimes I drink none but often times I drink 2-3 a day. I’ve been trying to stop but it’s hard. As far the hydrogen bottle I’m not sure if I notice to many effects from it but maybe they are subtle so I don’t notice them.
