guy has a marble sized cyst attached to his foreskin. Unusual shaped peen/foreskin combo, but I don't have much experience seeing peen, even less with foreskins still attached.
Good ol dr Emma helps him out and now he can pee without making a mess.
Then Dr. Emma (I'm in love with her) removes an anal hemerrhoid from some poor lady, but it's fixed in a snap.

Craythorne... ahhh, i need to get to London, maybe she can remove a keloid from the top of my head, it's like a half of a button or less in mass, had it since I was a baby.
