Easy and sounds good!

You know what else is good to do with those dinner rolls? This.

https://tasteofartisan.com/pampushki/

Except with butter instead of oil and LOTS of garlic.
That really does look and sound great! Bookmarking that site!
Those are so good! My son and I made a batch for dinner one night, a dozen, and we sat and ate every one right then.

ok, so i was a midnight forager last night and made some wraps:

-low carb tortillas from mission, 4g carb each
-large mayo shmear
-sliced avocado
-black pepper
-garlic shrimp or prime beef steak cubes. the shrimp was leftovers from the night before dinner, the beef was from their leftover dinner with friends at Ruth Chris, one petit filet mingon and some
pieces of a ribeye

wrap, hold tightly so everything stays in place, and NOM!

(I made two shrimp, one beef, ah, i love leftovers, and one for breakfast)

Sounds great!

Hey, I discovered Kewpie mayonnaise last year and I haven't looked back. I order the real stuff from Japan through Whee. You can get Kewpie here, but it's not the same recipe, you have to get imported.

Oh man, it's so good. It was like a revelation when I used it the first time on a burger, for tuna salad, egg salad, etc.

This is the thing. Inside that outer packaging is a soft squeeze bottle with
a narrow opening so you can do decorative squiggles on your sandwich (or okonomiyaki) ;)

It's actually Sayweee, I linked it above.

American mayonnaise tastes horribly bland after this stuff. There might be a bit of a learning curve, it's very rich.

Anyone like cabbage soup? I made a batch with simple ingredients:

1 very small head green cabbage
1/2 bag precut Cole slaw
1 large bottle tomato juice (organic)
4-5 carrots or however many you want
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar or other sweetener
Water
Chopped onion
A little olive oil

I didn't measure, just combined everything and taste-tested and simmered till cabbage was tender enough. I like it cold!

Also, a chowder-type soup;

Yellow corn sliced off 2 ears
2 peeled & chopped russet potatoes
Couple stalks sliced celery
Small cauliflower florets
Water
Half and half
A little flour to thicken
A little olive oil and butter
A little sweetener optional

Simmered till tender.

If you want to add meat some type of sausage might be good in either of them but not sure!
