Ashwaganda

Have you used ashwaganda? I’m looking at getting a 500g pouch of ashwaganda extract from BulkSupplements on Amazon. Does anybody have any suggestions or expierence? I’ve used the search function and found that a couple people use it. Anybody else care to chime in?

Bulk Supplements has good deals for "basic" and simple things.. Ashwagandha seems a bit more complex ? the patented KSM-66 formula at least gives some guarantee of quality. I get mine from Swanson.. there are several brands out there. Works for me as a sleep aid.

They’re giving me one free item of my choice as a promo thing. I’ve been curious about ashwaganda anyway, so I was thinking I’d give it a try.

I enjoyed the ksm66 Jarrow formula. Jarrow is a solid brand for supplement
