I’m really enjoying the current batch. Very relaxing as expected , and smells and taste so fresh , yet unique. Which is expected for a fermented strain.

Thank you for the review! I have this current batch but haven't opened it yet. Seeing reviews motivates me to open new bags lol.

I have the 01922 batch from when they had the lovers bliss I think it’s good but I feel like the moment I took kratom for more time the more useless this one felt to me. Don’t get me wrong I like the effects of bent but they just don’t hit for me in a while probably due to tolerance. Let rephrase that it’s no doubt tolerance I can’t feel a bent really at all. Also I go for high potency leaf that’s as fresh as I can if possible. Sadly bents don’t have high potency so they are best as mixed in my opinion.

I tried this last night and it was nice indeed - again, for folks who haven't followed all the posts here, remember - empty stomach (no food for at least six hours) AND empty bowels. You *will* feel it then.

What are “Bents?”

Is it a pill or powder herb?

Bent = Bentuangie. It's kratom that's been slightly fermented. Darker in color, usually slower, a little more sedating.

One of my favorite anti-anxiety strains is a batch of Royal Bent from Herbal RVA late 2017.

six hours? that's a little excessive. I find that after a light meal, 2 hours is sufficient; after a large one, 3 hours is fine. your stomach doesn't have to be completely empty to experience strong effects. if you wait six, your burn could be affected by how hungry you get, soon after ingestion. in some people, kratom does seem to stimulate appetite.

and can I ask- how does having empty bowels affect your burns?

Look up Ballz rather lengthy thread on the subject. In essence his theory is the alkaloids are absorbed/reacted to in the intestines and blocked bowels prevent this absorption (but do read all about it - he thinks that empty bowels are far more important than an empty stomach).
