I went to Hawaii recently so I wanted to bring along something easy to travel with so I picked up some Green Maeng Da capsules JUST in time for me to leave. I think I even told him when I needed them by and he got them to me just in time.
When I was in Hawaii - first thing in the morning I would have these with coffee and a very light meal and just be in heaven until the late afternoon. It was an absolute delight.
Duration:
Prob 6-8 hours - lasted from breakfast time around 730 to around 330-430. Good duration for a second or third dose around that time.
