Otie's reds and fermented reds: Red bent, Red Gold, Black Bali

Hi all. I take mostly red kratom, mostly at night and am looking for relaxing, sometimes sedating (or not--gotta have some daytime reds) and most importantly, pain relief. I got 4 samples from Oties and here are my impressions of the 3 I've tried so far. My stuff came fast, and the communication while ordering was great. As for the leaf:
Red Bentanguie– Excellent bent. I normally take a bit more of a fermented strain, and this was a mistake because despite the fermentation, it’s pretty potent! Highly recommended for relaxation and pain relief, but try at your normal dose first before increasing.
Red Gold–I found this to be a good daytime strain for calmness, mood lift, and pain relief. A good all around strain that was not very sedating to me.
Black Bali– This was a really interesting strain. It’s dark brown, like cocoa, and not to get too wine taster-like in my review, but I detected notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves in my glass of kratom and limeade. Very interesting taste–odd but kind of pleasant. I took 1g over my normal dose because it’s triple fermented, and even mixed it with other kratom adding that 1g. This did NOT give me the wobbles, so unlike with the red bent, you may want a bit more than your normal dose. It’s quite sedating; I took it a couple nights ago, and this morning (for science!) and to me, it’s a nighttime strain. Great pain relief–it’s a strain to take to help you sleep at night with no pain.
