I tried Liza's Sleep blend tea last night, which is one of her own special blends, because I have been having trouble sleeping and getting out of bed. Her Sleep blend helped me fall asleep quickly, stay asleep throughout the night, and wake up refreshed. And, this morning I feel great!! Now that is freaking awesome!! Thank you so much Liza!

I got that one too and I gotta say it works too!
Although I added more to the bag. I added a bit of
her red bent, red Bali #7, chocolate, black Bali from Oties and a dash of Liza's red extract. Now THATS a sleepy blend. Knocks my ass out like a EA®Sports Fight Night Round 3 Flash KO Punch!

I love her relaxer elixir and chocolate! I need to try that one next thank you

I usually don't pick up sleeping strains because I think its not really something you should sleep through because your brain flushes toxins out while we sleep! With that said i did order an oz to see if it could relax my neck before bed and i have to say it was pleasant warm feeling it scratched my throat while drinking my tea! I looked at the remaining powder and it was a little dry or it was the grind that I just couldn't get past!

Some of the most exceptional burns I ever had came from Lizas. Been a long time. Great pain relief.

I have tried her enhanced red headed step child and chocolate and both did absolutely nothing for me. I was upset because the enhanced was spendy.

Honestly, same. She lives 15 minutes away from me so I was able to pick up/meet her in person and she was so nice- she even threw in extras. Unfortunately, I’ve tried 4/10 so far with no effects.

I have been searching for a strain that is sedating for months. I’ve tried so many, the only one that has come close to helping has been a red bent. Does she disclose the strain and does it make you pretty sleepy ? I’d really like to find something like this to help at night. Thanks

The thing with Lizas's is her kratom is very strain/batch dependent as a result of the huge inventory and lack of testers (at least to my knowledge)

I've had strains from Liza that stack up against any strain from other public/private vendors. I got a bag of Green Bota in 2019 that was absolutely fantastic, 10/10 everything I look for in kratom. Ordered it again in 2020, it was meh. Bought Green Nugroz once and it was fire, bought it again it was meh. Same with Red MD. Saw people raving about Green Crow but I bought some months afterwards and it was mid.

So you have to rely on Doublem members to give the heads up on fire batchs and buy it right then. Or look at reviews on lizas website. Happy Go Lucky always comes thru for me. I tried the RHSC, and it was ok, nothing to rave about. It's harder to find good dark reds from any vendor IMO, and I prefer green reds anyway.
