I have been on this forum for over a year and have not once visited her site. Shame on me. Tell me more about the crushed leaf please? same strength? I know it is good for steeping.

I've found the crushed leaf tea hits all the feel s I make it by the gallon so I use anywhere from 70 to 80 g per gallon and I drink about a 8 oz cup its equal to about 5 to 7 g.I also love the kava I use it once maybe twice a month I just mix a tsp in almond milk it works as well as as the kava I make using my ball and cup without the shaking its easy to dissolve and take really help s me on those nights I can't relax and everyone who has tried it really likes it.Hope that helps,I m not great at reviews sorry.

Granny how do you prepare the crushed leaf for tea? Do you heat it up in the water and simmer the crushed leaf then strain? How long do you steep the tea before straining the leaves?

I put water and lemon juice in pan just drop the leaf on top the water bring to a boil just then turn down to simmer for about 20min then strain and enjoy
