Recently started purchasing from Steve at 7ohm and everything I have tried from him has been exceptionally good. Particularly liked the WMD, probably the fastest Kratom I have ever had. He also has some vintage leaf from 2017 which is top notch.

His shipping has been really fast, I've received every order next day however I do live relatively close. His website is full of a lot of good and honest information that you probably won't read from other vendors. He knows his stuff when it comes to kratom and the industry. He is also a really nice guy, he went way out of his way to do me a solid.

I've been taking kratom for 12 years and his is among the very best I have ever tried. Every single strain I've tried from him has been exceptionally good. You could spin a wheel and pick a random strain and be assured it will be excellent. I had been experiencing a decline in quality lately so it's nice to find a vendor with potent high quality leaf.

Definitely recommend 7ohm.

I agree. I just started purchasing from him about a month ago. He ships quickly & his strains are great. His short essays on kratom are really interesting. If you shop on mobile, his website doesn't work well on Android, so switch to PC so you don't get frustrated.

Hes the kind of advocate we NEED. Not at all like those silly fuckers that head NORML and give potheads a bad name. Steve is real with this. He is trying to figure it out like most of us are who don't consider kratom a "legal high" which, i don't think very many here on this forum see it that way at all.

I just always hated NORML. "Legalize man! Free the glutens, man! Mr. Uncle Sam! You gotta do this man! Dude!" That's the impression I always got from NORML. Sorry, but the people I know that smoke don't act like that AT ALL. Well...maybe one! Haha!

Oh yeah man Steve has been very informative and the guy really knows his shit and is very easy to do business with. Whatever past bullshit there may have been steve has got some top notch leaf from what I have gotten from him and I would recommend him to friends for sure.

Yeah i never understood the people that messed with steve and hacking part but i am glad he is back. It seems its all about the source and i think Steve has a good source, thats for sure.

Glad i could get some more gold bali. Have fond memories of dosing that one in 2017 and watching twin peaks. Got a lil sample of red jambu, its dank stuff

First time trying 7Ohm and I’m sooooo glad I did. Amazing quality and unique consistency. The SGMD is what we call “milky” and very vibrant in color, definitely a heavy slow burner like mentioned before in another review on the forum.

You can always tell you are about to have a good experience with a vendor when you open the bag and smell some smells you’ve never smelled before. SMELLLL!

I was a little confused looking at his list. Which ones specifically are from 2017? Is it the entire list except for that smaller bunch at the top where it says august 2020?

Was it the Hulu or Pontianak Red Bali?

It was the Hulu. I usually expect Bali’s to be very sedating, but alas it wasnt

I got the 2017 pontianak red bali, should still be in stock. I enjoyed that one quite a bit, even smells strong

Wasn’t too big a fan of the red Bali, might be good for blends. Definitely did not like the EGM that I received and both were touted to be amazing. Both of those didn’t seem near as good quality at all compared to the Bar Bar and SGMD/PMD. The EGM has that head shop taste and smell which wasn’t expected with how good the other three are.

Yeah I just opened my bag of Green Bar Bar and it is indeed very good. Nice and fluffy with that strong ammonia-like smell. Getting great mood lift and as much "euphoria" as you can get with high tolerance.

I bought a kilo of EGM/EGM2 that was straight up bunk. Like the EGM2 was basically brown in color. I used the EGM as a base for blends but the EGM2 was useless so Steve replaced it with a half kilo of SGMD which he didnt have to do because it was seven months after the fact.

Bought some EGM2 again about a month ago its quality stuff. A slow meditative green for evenings. I was planning on buying a bag of EGM but now I dunno lol.

The length of this post speaks to the quality of the bar bar. Im feeling chatty

Yeah I feel like I got the EGM2? I specifically asked about the differences and he said EGM2 was just more coarse. So I asked for the EGM. What I received was definitely a more coarse grind, unlike the SGMD and PMD/Bar Bar.

First time I ordered from him, is he good about replacing bunk bags?

Yeah the 2017 stuff is generally more coarse and not as smooth/nano-milled

He does returns as long as you send it back to him

Hey “BallzDeep9” ! Yeah totes “”. I don’t think “anyone”, here is questioning “why” it’s different, just “stating” what we got. It’s pretty well “understood”, that batches can vary “month to month”. Thank you though for the explanations, and quotations that you “beat with a dead horse”, regarding “strains” though. Other fellow said he got it seven months after, of course the “strain” can be of different quality by those time frames with higher chances of being a different batch. That’s an expert, level, observation “Ballz”.

Anywho, so for me, I grabbed what was left from the “same batch” from recent reviews (ordered same day as a review), and I don’t believe, I received what was “being reviewed”, as it’s like a stem/vein blend that’s lost it’s quality due to spoilage/heavy oxidization, It’s “poor quality”. Mine personally wasn’t brown, unlike MadVillians, but dark green. I wonder what’s done with returns, are losses eaten or re-sold to others?

I’m an understanding guy, it’s no big deal, things can happen, as I’ve heard someone has received beef jerky before (lol?) I will reach out and see what can be done.

And I’ll just address your “passively, condescending” attitude towards the other feller you replied to. Maybe, just maybe, “vendors” could label their leaf, a more fitting “strain” name as to “appropriate” the name to color. You know, brown leaf with names like “red, bent, chocolate” etc. I get that your playing middle man here in defense to 7Ohm, which is cool, but your personal reasoning is “dumb af” lol. Kind of a weird business model. If you ran a vendor would your “customer service” response be, “Mr. Customer, you ordered my “Elephant GREEN Malay”, you should of asked what color it was, if you wanted “GREEN” leaf. Our “GREEN” Malay here is brown, and fermented, have a good day sir”. Lmao. It’s in a vendors best interest as to not confuse others, and keep their “strain” names close to what the color actually is, rather than having all your customers asking the color before they buy. Wouldn’t be all that efficient, so, actually, “strain names” do mean something, in that “sense”.

I used to never have a “pet peeve”. I fkn love animals, but this “pet” definitely is the only one that’s made me intolerant

I'll just second that whatever EGM2 leaf he has laying around is not something I would recommend to anyone. I have yet to see a positive review of it from anyone who has purchased that in 2021. Both Red Bali's I ordered (new leaf and old leaf) gave me wobbles at my normal dose (5g). I have been hesitant to revisit.
Great to see Steve getting lots of love lately but , perhaps ordering is very hit or miss. The leaf he sent everyone for free was by far the best I have tried from him. Great tactic to get people ordering I guess.

From what i remember, someone emptied his garage of some good leaf a while back but he still had some left in another room. I can only assume he ordered more because some would be sold out by now but that's just assumptions. If steve see's this, i am sure he can chime in. Like some mentioned, seasons and batches vary a lot even if its from same source. Me personally i didn't like all the samples i got from him a while back but their were gems. So its hit or miss but if you hit, then its a jack pot. Like always it goes to all vendors. You will always find something you didnt like from your favorite vendor. It happens and that's the nature of kratom. i actually think if you find a gem, is very similar to sosa.

I've loved the Red Bali/Pontianak he carried from 2017 but alas, he's out. He sent me some Hulu instead & even though it wasn't what I wanted, it was really good, too, so I kept it. I just noticed he's upgraded his website so it's easy to use & the only complaint I have is he must be close to running out because kilos are no longer available, & for some strains only quarter kilos are available. Too bad.

Since he opened back up, I ordered Red Bali Hulu exclusively and found it effing wonderful. At least what I received was a deep red, but it didn't taste fermented. It washed over me like God. It was all I wanted--obliterated my pain and delivered an enhanced sense of warm well-being, contentment...what some would call euphoria.

It is out now. I placed an order for something red, and was accidentally sent 100g Yellow Thai, but I'm a reds and gold girl mainly. If anyone is interested in his Premium Maeng Da and Yellow Thai, I have both. Feel free to hit me up

Do not buy from 7ohm right now, steve's been MIA for over a month now after stating that he had been burglarized again if you're thinking about ordering from 7ohm I would wait until he reappears.
