STH 3 Strain Review

Hello all, I'm new. I've been looking for other vendors to keep in rotation with what had been my regular for about 3 years (Herbal RVA). **Herbal RVA is a solid vendor, and I still continue to buy from him, just wanted to start a rotation!**

Anyhoo, I dug through the boards and picked out a few to try, the first of which was Smiley Time Herbals.

For me, kratom works, works well, or doesn't work at all, so I'm afraid my review will be lacking some of the nuanced observations of better reviewers. When it works, I can meander thru my day motivated without the pit of dread that seems to live in my stomach. When it works well, I am motivated with that glorious mood boost we all know. So those are my metrics.
I've been so impressed with what I received from STH, I feel compelled to sing their praises!

Red Bali was my first to sample and it had that feeling reminiscent of when I first tried kratom 4 years ago. Not quite Honeymoon, but close. A solid red for sure, it gave me a noticeable mood boost (and pain relief after my ankle surgery).

Premium Red Vein did not disappoint either! It stacked up right next to Red Bali for me, as I could interchange the two and not notice a difference.

Baik Bali was as close to "honeymoon feeling" as I've had in the years since I started taking kratom. Excellent strain! I was chatty and I'm far from extroverted. It was also the strain I took this morning and it's probably the reason I am inspired to write this, haha. :D

Wild Green Bota is a fourth strain I have to try, which I have sampled but not enough to feel confident in reviewing. Though if the other three are any indication, I doubt I'll be disappointed.

Great review. I'm with you, it either works or it doesn't. That's why I don't do reviews %50 of what I try doesn't do anything for my anxiety. But the other half makes it so I can get through the day.

Makes me want to grab that Baik, MMM baik is such a legendary strain, if STH stacks up close to it for 1/4 price it’s a winner. I love their Red Samarinda and Blood Glow, the Red Sam is uplifting but not great on pain, blood is great for pain and relaxing. So a good blend. The OG Ketapang was crazy for the pain although not great on its own, it blends perfectly with anything.

Ryno, I totally empathize. I wish I had the body chemistry of some of those here who experience all the subtle effects!

oneindividual, All I can say is, I am very much not an extroverted person. I don't do social media, and I'm more of a lurker on Reddit and other forums. The Baik Bali is the only way this morning deviated from my usual. I am still riding the social happy wave with only a small redose about 2 hours ago. I can only attribute this to the Baik  Take that as you will! :)

Full Moon is not very good. Have yet to try the others, but this one gives me the wobbles pretty easily.
