Had heard a lot about their kratom; people used words like 'strong,' 'potent,' and 'consistent.'

Had heard a lot about their customer service; people said it was top knotch.

Ben sent me answers to my preorder ?s and gave some recommendations.

I went with the Green Maeng Da, the Green Malay, and White Thai. The GMD is some of the best around and I would not hesitate to recommend the Malay or White Thai, which has a reputation as a good mixer.

There was a disconnect in our communication, and Ben not only refunded me shipping, but sent me an additional order of Green Maeng Da.

He is a good guy, I’m waiting on the high octane and super green to come today. One of my orders didn’t update so he sent me another one out right away. That’s customer service right there!

Thank you IndelibleDotInk! We pride ourselves on quality products and above all, a good user experience. The last thing I want to do is to make someone feel unsatisfied or unhappy with their order. I NEVER had any friendship or even remotely personal conversation with all my online vendors from 2013-2018. I'd say I had mostly poor interactions with most, so that definitely left a bad taste for me.

In that respect, I try to recommend the best I can for different uses and / or situations. I don't think it's fair or even ethical to recommend any of our products in a review thread, so I will talk about that elsewhere. I encourage everyone to please reach out to me first, as I can ensure you I'm (mostly) easy to talk to and have a huge amount of gained / learned patience (I have 5 kids haha). Gave the Wild Red Horn a shot for the first time this evening. Sweet mood lift initially
that gradually melts into moderate sedation...almost stoney! Pain relief is excellent along with
a very good anti-anxiety effect! Very laid back and lazy!

Anti-anxiety - 8.5
Mood boost/euphoria – 7
Speed - 3 (1 being slowest while 10 is fastest)
Longevity - 6
Focus - 4.5
Pain Relief - 9
Overall – 8

I thought it to be slower than some of the other "Red Horns" I've had in the past!
Definitely a keeper and a strain for evening use!

Nice review buddy, we need more reviews on lucky! Im really interested to see how the greens are. Would also like to know how they stack up to some of the heavy hitters right now. Theres definitely some stiff competition around here right now.

Posting an ad with information on reopening as well as lab results on latest batch.

after i run everything again I will review what I have. My order was pretty much exponentially improved in quality all around. The Super Green yesterday I tried out was awesome.
It feels irresponsible to review off one burn so I am gonna loop back. The White Thai seems to be as good a blend-component as folks say, based off today's experience.

Yeah buddy I agree completely about not reviewing after just one burn anymore. I have made that mistake. I'm not reviewing anything anymore until ive burned it atleast 3 times

I feel the same way - in two different directions. Sometimes I’ll try a new vendor and batch and it’s amazing right out of the box but doesn’t quite ever get there again. At other times I’ll be kind of underwhelmed on the first or second time i try something and then it clicks. That was my experience with Lucky’s.....overall, Ben’s leaf had a very different feel to it than what I was doing the most of for a while (TFH), and I also think my expectations were pitched in a weird way; hard to explain. I came back to it and became a major fan- I have really been enjoying the White Thai, High Octane and especially the GMD, which for me is a perfect green - very energetic, some pain relief and a truly notable mood lift. Looking forward to checking out more from them, tho I’m taking a break from buying right now.
