Is tardiness still above average quality wise? I use to use them quite a bit but then decided to kill my doomsday stash which lasted about 1.5 years.
They were always very friendly and had good customer service. Unfortunately it looks they made some site upgrades and my account is gone. Any info would be appreciated.

He changed the website a while back I can't remember the reason but you could probably send Jake an email to get a new account set up?
