Shout out Botanical Bunny

Just want to give a shout to Botanical Bunny. Had an issue with a strain I ordered from them. Plantation 12. For whatever reason it did not agree with me. Possibly body chemistry. It felt like when I would take a suboxone too soon and go into precipitated withdrawal. Anyways, normally I would have just ate the purchase and ordered more. Cuz thats how it is with kratom sometimes. Unfortunately I was off work detoxing from subs and broke. I contacted them and explained the situation and they were very understanding. Asked what I would like for a replacement and they would send it out. Not only did they send a replacement Yellow 12 I wanted but they sent me a whole extra 250g Plantation 12 from a different batch for me to try. On top of that they sent it express and I recieved it in one day. Which was crucial because I was out. I just want to throw in that I love the Yellow 12. Prbly give it a 9/10. Botanical Bunny definitely goes above and beyond for their customers!

BB I miss them havent gotten from them in a while. Anyway always saw emphasis on them in general, and Ive even had no complaints whatsoever.
This is great tho it really is, esp. someone in Need and for BB to do this for you thats really cool.

I respect BB even more now than I already had and its a win for them doing the right thing and a win for you to be able to deal with your situation with as much ease and little distress as possible!

I have always loved a good Yellow, I will have to try this Y-12 soon now!

I concur! For me, Botanical Bunny has always had great customer service.
I had one issue where BB sent me a lesser amount than what I'd ordered.
After contacting them, they promptly sent the correct amount.

As to product, BB's leaf is consistently very good. I've only had one or
two that didn't do much for me at first. I threw them in my stash box and
tried them at a later date and WTF(?)....they were both remarkably effective.
I've had that happen with just about every vendor I've tried. Body
chemistry/metabolism is crazy weird when it comes to "Kraytum!"

Im sure you can google it and hear him say it as well. This guy is serious about his drugs, based his life and career on learning about drugs so if he feels that is the way its pronounced then then thats how I will say it lol.

I recently discovered BB via this forum. The Gold 12 (batch 1906) and Red Labai (batch 1905) are my number ones for day and night respectfully. I have a few more strains on the way. Can't wait to try others. Excellent quality.

I put a post up a while back with a link to that episode. I ended up downloading both seasons afterwards. Definitely serious about his drugs.... He's the only person I've ever heard pronounce it like that though. I just figured he was doing it to be a hipster

The Gold 12 (batch 1906) is a 8.5/10 for me. Its on the fast end with nice euphoria. Purchased a kg after trying it. I have the Yellow 12 and White 12 on the way next. Not much left of the Yellow 12.
