BB goes above and beyound...GREAT Customer Service!
Botanical Bunny has EARNED my Business AND my TRUST!...Got some leaf I felt was not the correct strain, not what I had ordered...emailed Botanical Bunny with my concerns and got a prompt response. They seemed truly concerned...even went so far as to take some pictures and send showing me there was the possibility I was wrong, although it was still just as possible I was right, haha. (there were a few more details that made a mistake possible). Sort of one of those "impossible to prove either way" situations. But BB did not argue with me and promptly sent me out a fresh bag of what I had ordered, with a picture of the NEW Bundle from the Supplier that my replacement was scooped out of...even sent me a couple of EXTRA samples for my trouble...never a bad word to me, just reasonable actions and a GREAT "the Customer is Always Right" attitude. I was/am truly IMPRESSED and just wanted to let everyone know BB is a STAND UP Vendor you can order from in confidence! THANK YOU Botanical Bunny!
