Red bali, ,ST vs Lizas
I am wondering how anyone familiar with both,,would compare the red bali? Last batch from St I got was 3/14 I believe, and I stocked up in winter with lizas, believe it was Dec batch,, anyhow, I hear ST current bali is better than last batch,,, I have plenty of the 5 way split bags,,I'm just debating whether to get a 2 way split of red zombie and red bali from lizas,or get red bali and red Vietnam from ST,,unfortunately, I am limited on Kratom budget,,so any thoughts ahead of time would be awesome! Thanks!

There must be someone on Double M that has had both. I hope someone chimes in soon for you! Maybe they just didn’t see this yet!

I’ve got batches of both. My Bali from Liza’s I got in December and I have several of Smiley’s. Though I usually love Liza’s reds, the Red Bali she had wasn’t really a standout for me - I liked some of her other reds a lot better. Of the 2 vendors, I think Smiley’s March batch was better. I haven’t had the brand new one, but I thought the March batch was solid. None have really given SoCal’s a run for its money though. It’s the best Bali I bought this year.

Hey oletimer Ive tried bot not current batches though. But agree with Jabro's assessment. I wouldnt limit yourself to actual Red Balis. Is just a name. You want a relaxing euphoric green-red in the mold of ht SoCal Red Bali. Maybe try some of Liza's strains. The jambu fits the bill. Though it may be oos. Ive heard their Red hula fits your profile but I dont know. Her zombie is relaxing euphoric but more of a slow brown with a bit of a bent taste. K O G has Plantation Red Vein that may fit the bill. The Soulistic Plantation Red Vein is the same supplier as KOG I believe and nice. Check out the recent Soulistic thread Also soulistics Red hula and the faster Red MD also fit the profile and are excellent. I believed those are both reviewed as well. Good luck.

I just tried Smiley's newest batch of Red Bali and it's solid.
