I ordered 500 grams of their green malay assuming it was going to be basically the same or at least decent, but was basically sent a pound of dirt. Once I saw from the clear part of the bag how dark the powder was I knew it was gonna be bunk lol. For some reason it gives me side effects unlike other low quality powder as well. I read on here that he only gives refunds to some of the people who got sent bad batches so I'm curious as to if he will do what any good seller of anything would do but before he has sent me wrong orders and I've gotten no response. I've always been at the least satisfied with most of their strains. I haven't tried that many vendors but basically all except for mystic were bunk for me. Got 5+ strains from each to give it a chance because for me sometimes great strains aren't that powerful at first strangely. Canopy along with herbal rva, herbal salvations new supply and socal have all had at best the strength of mystics weakest strains. Smileytimeherbals looks good but thats what I thought about all the vendors. On the bright side the emerald is pretty good, but there always out of stock so it doesn't matter lol.

I thought the Green Malay was the weakest of everything I've tried. New batch? What else did you get? All bad?

Smiley Time herbals looks good but thats what I thought about all the vendors.

Smiley has a customer service Group on MeWe. The March Vendor List is up, there are now 3 top vendors linked to MeWe. Prices lower and quality better than Mystic. Shopping OFF the Vendor List is not recommended!

eh not really, they ordered some greens from a new supplier and yeah everyone agreed that it was garbage, but most reviews of their other products from febuary onward have been generally positive. although i will hold my tongue until i retry to red bali ordered in late january - it was great for a while but the last two times i've used it, it's sucked. i can't describe it but it was a terrible feeling. i'm hesitant to blame it on the kratom tho since it was fine before. idk, it doesn't sit right with me that a vendor that has always been good sends out bunk product once because they had supply issues, the community instantly turns on them and says they're garbage.. every vendor sends out bunk product from time to time and nobody bats an eye.

also, op when was this ordered? what's the batch #? i'm assuming it was the stuff from january. you should be able to get a refund if that was the case, or maybe they're replacing it when they get some stock in

The batch is from February. The emerald from February is great and so is the dwarf and especially the sphinx. The werewolf was ok. This green malay from February is the darkest colored powder that they have had. The older green malay was much lighter and always gave me great effects.

I made a pretty big order in January.. Possibly last December & it was awful. I ordered emerald, phatcracker & vampire & another that I can't remember the name of. Vampire was the only decent one. I emailed them telling them I was willing to send back the bunk quarter kilos & NO RESPONSE.
So, I wouldn't hold your breath for a refund.
I just took the L & won't be going back to them...EVER.

Same here, after I complained after getting a bunk kilo and they stopped responding to emails. Shit customer service from them, wont buy from them again.

You know, I've ordered from a lot of vendors and have received quite a few bunk batches. The thought never occurred to me to ask to send it back for a refund. I mean, if it wasn't kratom, that would be one thing.

Don’t lose hope yet with Will at Mystic!
Give him time if not response by end of week check back and email again.

In the meantime I would highly encourage you to Join MeWe and it might not hurt to try and ask around if anyone has gotten the same batch as you did.
As well as if anyone is willing to do a sell/ swap. Maybe your “bunk” batch is good for someone else.
Or, Maybe Not!

You could try that and go from there.

It is nothing against any vendor in particular some vendors we as a community (individually) go with a select vendor for a reason or another and for me, that would be KOG.
We all have a different chemical response to Kr8um and its Alkaloids,
Try PMing Zenio on here
He is a generous and good person, ask him for his advice.
I wouldn’t be typing this so thoroughly whilst on the crapper if it wasn’t for a good reason!
I want you to persevere and not lose faith bcuz good things and good leaf dont just happen it can take time and lots of Patience and G!nger Chews!!

Have you tried K-OG aka Kratom-OG
Theyre just as good as SmileyTime but if you were going to place and order try a 100g of Melawi or a MD or both to start at KOG... plus what vein colors do you LIKE?

Did you decide on purchasing 500 out of intuitions or?

The only times best to do so would be if you’re absolutely certain.

Sometimes thats just what it takes.
You can always ask a vendor if the batch you got hypothetically if you got a sampler aka 1 ozof something and then wanted 500 u could ask them if the current batch is the same as when u got the 28...

Then knowing 100% or 99.99% that its the same batch
Now its safe to order (500).

I bought Phatcracker, and Gandalf around October last year, and they were very good. Im going to have to reup soon, but with the reviews like this, i'll probably try a new vendor.

Thanks for the advice payshince I finally made a order with ST, I got super green #3 super green malay gold bali, yellow Vietnam and white kali. I used to love reds but now greens usually give me the best effects. I also read that these are very popular here. The green malay actually started working decently too, but mystic is always out of stock!

I am burning some right now actually!

I like it a lot and it gives off a nice glow
I believe it is a blend of W, Green, and R veins.

Def worth trying even just a 25-75g

I hope to be getting more soon too.

I look forward to Mystics restock too

Mystic island is like a cheater! Once a cheater, always a cheater I had to sorry, just messed up about humankind screwing over other humankind! To each is own though.

Idk, they were really good and on top of all the good leaf they had, they provided doublemherbals with free kratom for contests, i think the last one was “guess a number between a set of numbers without going over” which was a really cool gesture on their part. And a good marketing idea as well. So for that and the long good standing they had, i think we should give em another shot at least right.

Ill try the main ones, vampire, phatcracker and gandalf, and others and see how they fare now. Im hoping they lower their prices back down to where they were tho, i imagine the profit margins are lower now due to less business and new shipping costs and loss of product from customs. Still hope they rebrand and lower prices tho
