I just recieved my order from SoCal (stock from 1/12/19). I got the Red Cambodian, Red MD, and Red Bali #2.

So far I’ve only tried the Red MD, and I can say that it’s very good. Just a good, classic, quality red.

I’ve been in the car for hours today, feeling sore and restless. One heaping teaspoon of Red MD, and 25 minutes later I started thinking positive. It was subtle, but the positive thinking soon evolved to a noticeable “I feel great” sensation. Physically all the pain disappeared, and suddenly I feel borderline euphoric. Instead of dreading the traffic on the interstate, I’m appreciating the scenic rivers and hills I’m driving by. Listening to random youtube videos on my iPhone, just feeling so content and positive. So yes, this Red MD is GOOD.

No one’s really mentioned or talked about the Red MD on SoCal’s site around here. So I just figured I’d post to let people know, it’s good.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of bunk kratom lately, from various different vendors, so this is definitely a relief. I know everyone is different, but if you’ve been sharing my frustration lately with bunk kratom, give SoCal’s Red MD a try. It’s certainly better than I expected.

I’ll post back here later today to update on the Red Cambodian. Then I’ll post a review on the Red Bali tomorrow.

The Red Cambodian is super good. A potent and effective red. I’m about 50 minutes in, the effects became noticeable after around 25 minutes and seem to be peaking at this precise moment.

I mean, right away, you can tell it’s better than most of the Kratom going around right now. There’s just an unmistakable potency to it, like you immediately know “ok this is a good strain”.

VERY good physical effects - as far as pain relief, and a super relaxing sensation that causes some euphoria in and of itself. The pain relief and relaxation is notably superior to the Red MD I tried earlier today. Mentally, there’s a definite mood boost, but in a much more anxiolytic way. In fact, this is one of the best anxiolytic strains I’ve had in years.

I will say, it’s a bit more on the sedating side, though. Certainly more of an evening strain than the Red MD, which was a bit on the faster side. The Red MD was more of a motivating, talkative mood boost. Where as the Red Cambodian is more of a relaxing, anxiety free mood boost.

So in a nutshell, both the Cambodian and red md are very good.

***Actually as I’m typing this the Cambodian is getting better. Holy shit, I’m feeling euphoria. No joke at all. I’m getting warm waves of euphoria. Wooooow. Dude, this Cambodian is bomb. Better than the MD. I give this Cambodian a solid 9/10. Potent, strong, great pain relief and anxiolytic. Just take note, it’s certainly more on the sedative side. I’m at about 65 minutes in and it’s peaking more now. So the effects become pleasurable around 30 mins in, feel amazing at 50 mins, but continue to get better even 65 mins in. For all I know, it may get better yet.

Definitely recommend! Red Cambodian is bomb. WAY better than most of the Kratom going around right now. I’m literally about to go walk my dog through a mile long muddy hike in the cold woods, and I don’t even give a fook because I feel amazing. Actually looking forward to the hike.

Mind sharing your dosage of the Cambodian? I got mine in today and I’m a relative newbie, but had gotten up to 3 grams with urban organix red Bali. (Only other stuff I’ve tried) Just wasn’t sure how much stronger this would be than than.

I’ve noticed people talk shit ab urban organix bc of price or whatever, but the red Bali I got from them was great. Lots of euphoria and warm blanket feels. Didn’t cause drowsiness.
My first and only dose of the Cambo so far was 2.5g. Same lot # as this guys. It felt cleaner than the UO, but not as much euphoria. Definitely more of an anti-anxiety/sleepytime vibe.
I’m very new to all this, but I think I’m just a red bali girl. Wish I could’ve tried Socals before they ran out the other day.

Its true finally some kratom thats not trash! Now got to wait for larger order to come in! Wish i would have pulled the trigger when i got the samples of Cambodian and MD. Now i got to take the trash that ive bought from three different vendors till my socal comes.

Kratom IS great! MOST kratom is great.. but Urban Ice Organics is a head-shop "brand" and they sell a little 60-gram jar for $40 bucks. That's a fuckin' ripoff

Most kratom is OK.. but for $40 bucks, you should be getting at least 250g.. maybe 400g. SoCal has Kilos for around $80. Most kratom is good, but the "business" is bad... you get FIVE times as much, and prob better quality at SoCal.

My issue with SoCal these days .. They have some Red cambo. They also have White cambo. They DO have both "In the Warehouse", but they only put up Red Cambodian on the website, for sale .. the White bags got sold out last week. OK - so I can't do a Split Kilo. Next week, the White will be on the website.. and the Red will be "sold out".

SoCal is like Whack A Mole. They keep everything in the warehouse, and ONLY sell product which has been bagged. Forget Sample Packs, they only had 1 stinkin' White on their website the other day... SoCal used to be known for Whites. They always had 5-6 to choose from. Something has changed, the business has changed, their NAME has changed to First Coast Tea Co. and they're moving to Florida.

I think kats is like that too right now.... they only add inventory at 5p.m. every day, but if it's sold out, it's most likely just not prepackaged yet. They're working on getting into a bigger facility tho.
