Heavenleaf's Dark Room Hulu Kapuas #3 is a lovely trip across everything I like in a green! In fact, it's a tour of everything I love in Kratom. I took my typical dose of 5g and within 15 minutes I could feel a clean and refreshing wave of energy spread through my mind. After about a half-hour this evolved into a calm sense of euphoria and full-body relaxation. I have a weird metric that I use to gauge how well a strain is working for me. The best way I can describe it is that I get a sense of "clean" behind my eyeballs. My vision seems to get clearer with sharper focus. I only get this sensation from top leaf. This leaf produced that sensation for me. It's definitely a mid-upper spec.

Fortunately. I don't have to deal with chronic pain, but I do get soreness in my lower back when I sit too long. That soreness disappeared within 30 minutes. So if that helps anyone judge the analgesic effects I am happy. This leaf had a fresh smell and when I mixed it with water, tasted like a nice mild tea. No bitterness or mud taste to it. At the time of this writing, they only had DHRK #3 and #4 available, with more strains coming sometime next week.

I like this one so much that i actually bought a bunch more - this time the coarser grain version that Lonestar sells. Can't wait to try to discern whether there is any difference.

Is this actually a green strain? I remember hearing that it was a white, but yeah - i don't know.

Both 3 and 4 are greens. 4 is a low-mid spec. they have whites coming next week along with reds.

The DRHK3 is some truly special leaf, I ordered 250g and after my second dose went back to order a split kilo of the DRHK3 and DRHK4! The DR4 is excellent for a relaxing, mid-low spec green, DR3 is solidly a mid-upper and takes the edge in terms of quality IMO, but they’re both fantastic! Even when my tolerance is creeping up the DR3 still hits, every time It reminds me of the leaf I had when starting my Kratom journey, some 12 or 13 years back
