I purchased several sample-sized kratom strains which were 'enhanced' with extract. There was an option to add even more extract, called 'ultra.'

The samples had 6-8g with an unknown amount of extract.

I tried one packet without effect, and a second packet a day later, again without effect.

Do not recommend.

I had a similar experience a few years ago when insense first started offering enhanced leaf, I bought 2 batches, Red Bali Enhanced & Fuzzy Dragon Enhanced. According to the website they were 1.8%+ Mit. No matter what dosage I tried the effects were minimal, very disappointing. Their plain leaf is overpriced in my opinion to begin with, their enhanced is exorbitantly expensive, or at least it was? Not sure on current prices, but I paid $50ish for 100g of each. Pretty sure I used a coupon which brought the total down a bit. Total Whiff for me, I haven't bought anything from them since.

The fact that these places are charging 1.5 to 2 times more than others, for the same quality boggles my mind- i ask why? The only thing i can think of is to take advantage of the newbie.

Yep... Not just your opinion - they're PROVEN to be overpriced - compared with 200+ other vendors online.

They do seem to be nice people but - It's not a competitive business model. They have a very nice website. So does "Happy Hippo" etc... Avoid vendors with fancy websites & crazy high prices. I agree their regular Plain Leaf strains are a bit much - but their so-called Enhanced, prices are just ridiculous.

Good Quality Extract is now available for around $10 per gram & anyone could make their own Enhanced! ~ EDIT: My favorite ANA extract "Green Goddess" is only $3.50 per gram !!! A 10% MIT powder, maybe half as strong as the Jungle Jade but has fantastic euphoria I sprinkle only 15mg to Enhance my regular kratom. LINK

As far as extracts bang for the buck; All Natural Artisan all day! 5gs of 25+% mit red or green 'spectrum' for only $18! I rarely use extracts anymore though but next time I need some that's where I'm going lol

I can't agree more! ANA's Jungle Jade is Superb for enhancing a good Red. it's 20% Mit with no 7-Ohm % listed, but it hits hard, heavy, and euphoric. If I'm feeling frisky or in need of extra relief I will sprinkle .1(100mg) on my dose.....I swear it hits harder than some of the "40%+" extracts I have tried. ANA really shines as far as extracts. Can't recommend enough.

I really enjoyed InSense when I was first starting out, I think because it was so mellow.

The Red Kali always knocked me out.

But I only ever did the 3oz sample packs when I bought from there. With a discount code it brought it down to like $15 with free shipping.

Never tried the enhanced, and haven’t bought from there in like 3 years. Recently revisited the website out of curiosity, and thought “Dang!!”
