Hey all you krayheads out there, if you like good leaf and good prices why don't you check out SoCal! It's been a year since I ordered from them and I just got my new order in this week. Let's just say that they still got it. I love the new design on the bags, way better than the old silver. Great deal on samples as well. 9ozs for $32 including shipping.

Ordered some Green Bent, Red Sulawesi, Gold Bent, and Red Thai.
So far the Red Thai has been my favorite out of the ones I ordered but they also sent me a little sample of White MD. I haven't had a white by itself in about a year and I loved it! Not too stimulating and very euphoric. Will definitely order a white again.
If you haven't tried SoCal then you're missing out!

Thanks for the review! I haven't bought from them in over a year but just got the 9 oz special. Very good deal. Unfortunately they only have a few Reds in stock, which is what I really need, but they have plenty of Whites. I do think their Whites are the best I've tried from any vendor.

Does anyone else have a problem with the website? For me it's slow as hell, very difficult to see all the options, and to see what's actually on hand (i.e. not sold out) you have to click on a selection and wait for it to load, etc.

It might be better on phone or mobile device, but I really hate it on desktop. Which is a shame because I've always ever had great leaf from there, and Justin ships faster than pretty much any other vendor I've dealt with: he gets his packages to the post office -very- quickly. It's just hard (for me, at least) to buy because of the website. Anybody else have these problems, or is it just me?

Yeah, their site is super slow and laggy, at least it has always been for me.

I always use my phone for everything. Except Gaming and watching YouTube videos. But I'll check out the desktop site.

Nah, I shouldn't be griping out loud. Save yourself the trouble; I'll just check out the mobile site.

Justins a really good guy but i have had alot of duds from him the past 2 purchases so good to know he has the fire again ..he always gives me samples and always answers my emails socal has always been in my rotation ive missed them going to make an order right now! Thx

Steven at so cal is great! He’s really the only vendor that I have dealt with that will awnser my phone call 75% of the time. Now I know I’m calling later on in the evening but nevertheless still amazes me and well his product speaks for itself most of the time! Far as I’m concerned ordering from so cal you can’t go wrong

I have tried them out a little bit more now and I hate to say it but a couple are duds. The Bents and the Sulawesi are all pretty weak. The only good ones were the Red Thai and the sample of White MD.

So cal has red Bali back in stock. Generally it’s red Bali 1 or 2 but it’s just red Bali with out a number lol

they dont have red bali in stock i called them today just make sure . they had it thursday evening and it was gone on friday morning . i missed that . sorry for my english

They had it AGAIN on Saturday morning, and it was gone on Sunday...

Important to understand how SoCal operates .. They ONLY put stuff on the website, when it's bagged up and ready to ship. They MAY have 200 more kilos in the warehouse but it's not ready yet.

He posted this update on FB group. NO emails please, on "When is the Red Bali re-stock?" They are getting like 100 emails every day on this & won't have time to answer ... keep clicking your browser. When it's there, it's there

I read somewhere that it isn't the same red Bali that everyone went crazy over though. Does anyone have any verification on this? Or is it really still crazy good?

I just put a order in today for red Bali, so I should receive Wednesday prolly. I’ll let you know then how it is.

Please do. I'm looking for a good bali rn, but SoCal let me down last time. If the Bali is good I might give them another chance.

How do you get the samples? I got 3 different ounces and it was like 22 bucks

Yep, I still think Kraydo's SoCal's SAMPLE9 is one of the best sample deals on the planet, and it was also the very first kratom I ever bought.

SoCal!!! My bad. Thanks for catching that! They both have a great sample deal, but I was definitely referring to SoCal on both counts.

I don't know why but I always get them mixed up.

I've actually been out of town for the last couple of weeks and was just getting ready to come back, kind of rushing around to get stuff done when I posted that. Thanks for the correction!

No, but it's close. From Blends' sample list:

Kraydo Organics: 5 strains of 50g each, 250g total for $25, $6.40 shipping, $31.40 total.

SoCal's sample bags are 1 ounce (28g) and you get nine; Kraydo's are 50g and you get five, so there's the difference. Not a bad deal either way. I got them both.

I have NO idea what's happening really at SoCal - stock is so LOW, every time I look over recent weeks they're down to a small selection, just now I count 7 strains, TOTAL. 4 of those are Bentuangie. I guess if you're a big fan of Bents, good luck ( slow ), but they have VERY little regular kratom!!

Either that, And/ OR it's selling so fast nobody can keep track. Red Bali #3 is still there, hmmm, for how long? THeir famous RB1 disappears each week, within hours of posting... There are many, many, jokes about this on the FB Group. 100's of people are jumping for RB1, big hype .. I know I did see a Sulawesi the other day ( I know I did! ) And that's gone within a few hours.....

This has been happening every day for several weeks. It looks like a lot of panic buying going on. And on their Facebook group, they were discussing that smaller vendors have been buying up a lot of stock to resell because of issues getting product from Indonesia.

Makes sense. I would really like to know the difference between so cals red Bali, 1, 2 and 3 now? Lol

SoCal said Red Bali #3 is a Red Bali from a new source.

Well I ordered some, so this will be interesting. I sure hope it’s like the other red Bali’s I’ve order in the past from them.

I'm not sure about this new Red Bali source as I think this is the first time it's been listed, but everything I've tried from SoCal this past month has been really good.

Ditto, Jeannelynn. I got five strains from SoCal a couple weeks ago myself. They were completely out of whites -- my bad luck! -- but I got Green Vietnam, Green Bent, Red Malay, Red Vietnam, and Red Hulu Kapuas. Of them, ALL are solid, all have good to great pain relief with decent legs, and the Red Hulu Kapuas is -really- good if you like a knockout red for bedtime, which I do. Best sleep in ages on that stuff.

It just still really bothers me that the two strains I was there to buy were sold out before I could get there -- IIRC it was Red Thai and a White MD, but I'm not sure without looking it up. They both had really strong recommendations here on the DoubleM and I missed 'em. Still I'm happy with what I did get, and glad I got any at all to be honest.

Ah well. More for somebody else. Merry Christmas ya lucky bastards.
