So I took some of this last night (just under 3 grams) as my DW and I stayed up FAR too late - when that happens it's often very difficult for this old man to get to sleep (oddly enough - I'm not sure what that mechanism is, but it seems the longer I stay up it's just then harder to easily fall asleep - perhaps the ritual is disturbed).

So at 1am I took a dose and was almost immediately asleep (well, "immediately" in terms of the capsules reaching my stomach and working. It was around 2am that I actually got into bed and immediately then I passed out). I stayed asleep until 8am this morning, which for me is remarkable (I always - ALWAYS - get up two or three times at night to pee).

This, for me, is the hallmark of a great red - all I ever want out of a red is deep restful sleep because the pain I have is tolerable during the day but at night keeps me from sleeping more than 30 minutes or so at a time. So I would rate this one 10/10 (again, for my needs - obviously YMMV).

I still have another red from them (Santoro?) I need to try, and two whites Dan recommended but because of the time it takes me to make up the capsules AND get them into rotation I probably won't even try them for many weeks now (I haven't even tried the Okie's greens recommended here that I bought almost a month ago - don't let anyone tell you being retired gives you more time. It actually gives you much LESS time).
