What’s going on with the web store? I got an email less than 4 hours ago saying the store is now open but when I went there it said they are no longer taking orders. Did they literally close shop in less than 4 hours?

I stayed up for literally the past 24 hours and still missed it by about 2 hours because I passed out! I actually thought it was Tomorrow night. I got that email too but was sleeping at the time. Soul's got some fire menu now, and a new producer as well. I was actually setup to get 2 split kilos and now I got nothing at all! Hopefully, it will reopen next weekend and I can catch it at that time....

He did say the white turtle effects is largely dependant on dose size and with a larger amount it's quite sloooow.

Maybe we need 2-3 more "small batch" Importers, to each order 20 kg from: Ammo, Ariyanto, and Widi... Of course every batch slightly different but seems like the demand is there. Rotate shipments among several websites & somebody would always be open?

It wasn’t even open 8 hours. I got the email around 11:30 pm Saturday that the store was open (I was asleep). I tried to order at around 7am Sunday morning and the store was already closed to orders.

Yeah, it was open only for a few hours and I missed it as well. Don't we already have several micro batch vendors who deal with the above mentioned producers?

Has anyone tried anything from Soul's recent batches. There wasn't a lot available when I finally saw the message that his store was open. I managed to grab the below and looking forward to checking his stuff out. I've heard good things about the Super Green Ammo and Dark Elephant. Grabbed whatever else was available. Hoping his stuff is as good as BB, which has been my go to thus far, thanks to all the good info on this forum.

The green elephant is amazing. Mid to fast, blends great with the super elephant. Dark elephant was a little faster than normal, and I don't like it as much as I have previous batches. Good pain relief though. Haven't gotten a feel for the red sunda yet. It mostly just made me tired. I'm tired a lot lately though, so that could just be me. I didn't get green dayak or the blend 27. I do have the supergreen from ammo, but I've only used it for blending with the rjk so far.

Well got to put a order in wanted to sample some but its been a couple a days an still no tracking # I went back to the website and it says on hold although the orders been paid for I would have contacted support but couldn't find it.I know they have my email because they emailed me my invite and order and I do know everything s legit and all is good just wondering is this normal.

Something similar has happened before, but I’m pretty sure everyone got their order or a refund eventually. At the time, a business partner split off and it became a bit of a clusterfuck for awhile. The owner doesn’t use email or computers apparently, and instead enlists or hires assistance for such things. Give it some time - it’s probably fine.

Right on I've read all the reviews on here so that's what I was thinking, and I was all good till I saw the hold which made me think I should contact support but couldn't find where to contact not really worried just checking thanks

Because Soul only opens for a limited window there is usually a huge rush of orders all once, unlike some other vendors who have a more steady stream that are easier to fulfill as they come in. It has taken a few days sometimes depending on what order number was mine and how long after the open I got my order in. When I was one of the first to order however I got tracking in 1-2 days. Seems to me like he fulfills them in the order they came in and can only fulfill so many in a day.

Mine hasn't shipped yet either but I usually get an email with tracking after a few days and most importantly I'm always happy with the quality of the leaf!

Not to worry. Soul is just very popular due to the quality of his leaf. He pretty much packs and ships in order received. He is just one guy. I have waited several days (as long as 4 days I believe) to get tracking, but ALWAYS have gotten my order. I have bought from every drop he has had this Summer. I was quick to check out this last time and got my tracking # on Tuesday. Should get the goods today.

I have found Soul to be honest and trustworthy and does the best he can for a one man show. Trust me, I have had my frustrations and worries about ordering and shipping delays, but the quality of his product is worth the hassles. He really cares about what he sells and does not sell leaf that doesn't meet his standards. Sure not every single strain has been fire, but all have been above average and there have been some real gems. I'm sure you will get tracking soon. Remember the old saying "Good things come to those that wait". I'm betting you will be happy in the end. Welcome to the "Soul Train"...ugh, sorry, just had to say that, haha...

YES, I finally got my order it took a bit.due to some confusion but soul went above and beyond and made it so much better by sending extra of his legendary leaf.I already know I'm going to like it even tho I haven't tried it yet.So thanks again my friends here on doubleM you haven't steered me wrong yet,I got green hulu green bunut dark elephant an old white now where to start.thanks again swabero for the reassurance.

Yeah he’s still around, I guess he would be considered a micro vendor.. only does a drop every once in awhile but it’s really good quality, sells out pretty quick. Mikes got some good sources, I was happy with all 6 of the different ‘strains’ I got about three months ago

As someone who has actually tried Mike’s leaf I can highly recommend it. Unfortunately he doesn’t open often, and when he does it tends to sell out quickly, but it’s well worth trying to pick some up.

He doesn’t have inventory so I can’t recommend anything that you can order now, but when any of the following are available at least a couple end up in my basket: DGP (Dark Green Pinoh), WGK (Wild Green Kapuas), Old Tree Green, Red Hulu and Thai, Dark Elephant (some don’t care for this one if it’s fermented), Green Empangua.

he's still around and kickin it, though rarely. get a membership through email rnd dig down deep til he next surfaces.

he has a real life too, so only does several drops a year, maybe. He was oldschool when i was a noob and he slowed down. His krat is as good as a good sourcer can get, and his drops were feeding frenzies, people trying to check out before others snatched up the batches that were in their baskets. Caused some bad feelings, but that was the way of the Soul.

it seems like soul is doing three, maybe four, drops a year. it IS worth it for the wait. if you're signed up for emails you will get notice for a drop one or two days before it happens. then you have to be prepared to be. there. at the exact time to add product to your cart and get checked out as fast as you can. the notification email will have a strain list with a short description of reviewed effects. have an idea what you'd like to get, but don't be too picky once the drop hits. get what you can and check. out. it can be frustrating, but I just look at it like a game to see what I can win lol

I don't like sharing reviews on my favorites (but I do... for the vendors I love) because I want to be selfish and keep it alll to myself but. if you haven't yet, get signed up on the DTE mailing list (dtebotanicals.com) and you are guaranteed to get the BEST product you've ever tried. people are going to think I'm a shill, but I'm seriously not. everyone deserves to have a freshest, most beautiful, most effective, kratom I've experienced in four years. and the customer service is unparalleled. seriously. and they have dependable drops much more frequently than many others. the hype is real on this one
